Short blonde gal working 9/28/25 with long hair in ponytail had her hair hanging in the ice cream tray while she was leaning up against the machine. She had ice cream in her hair and snapped at us when we tried to bring it up. Gross

For being in the worst location imaginable as long as you stick with the drive thru you likely will have a positive experience.

I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for 13 minutes now for one cheeseburger meal. No ice cream, just a simple burger, fries, and drink. I am the only one here in the drive thru and don’t see any one inside, but the employees seem to be having a fun little dance party inside while I sit waiting. Will not be back 👎🏻

Waited several minutes for the drive thru window to be opened. Then once I finally got my food it wasn't correct. Went inside to address it in a respectful manor and was told this is what I ordered. Very disappointed

It’s sad when there are clearly over 8 people working and only one is doing anything got good though the drive though today and watch 4 teen age boys stand there twittling there thumbs why the two adults did all the work

Terrible service. Waited 20 whole minutes with nobody inside or in the drive through with us, saw four staff members aimlessly walking around through the drive through window, brought our first out of four items in 7 minutes in, bought another in a few minutes later, then asked if we were waiting for anything else. Mind you, we had four ice creams. That was all. Took another 10 minutes to get the other two ice creams out to us, while 3 of the four staff were just standing around inside. Very disappointed.

Just ordered a large reese's and cookie dough blizzard and the bottom half was just ice cream, and there were not any reese's in the blizzard. Disappointing.

waited 20 minutes for a chicken strip basket which i thought would be 2 chicken strip baskets (that’s what i ordered) then went through the drive through for the second one and didn’t even get my $8 back. waited for someone to come back because i was still waiting for my change and no one came.all together sat there for almost an hour. NEVER will come back

Worst experience I ever had in my life never again

I ordered a peanut buster parfait just asked if they could do half peanut butter instead of all chocolate. Got my parfait and it was literally dripping everywhere dumped all over my car ruined my seats. They put some kind of seasoned peanuts on it. It was horrible!
