Seems like everyone is experiencing the same issues. I don't know what needs to change here, but maybe start with the expected completion times on orders. I made a mobile order and the app said it would be ready in 16 minutes. 20 minutes later, it hasn't even been put in the oven. Corporate needs to put some restrictions on this restaurant for orders. It isn't a big building, they can only do so many orders at once. Every time I come here they always seem overwhelmed. Great way to lose employees and customers.

Since early 2025 have been ordering and paying for extra toppings quite often and not receiving them only rarely. Sometimes not even receiving the sauce that was ordered.
Come here if you like your order times getting doubled and still have things forgotten. I try eating here once every year or so and it's always the same. Food quality is way down, service is way down, and what atmosphere?

We did carryout, but everyone was friendly and asked if we were helped already while waiting for pizzas. Loved the pizza and made the way I asked.

Placed an online order for delivery, 2 hours later...no pizza. Called the store, the manager yelled at us complaining about it being Friday and not having a full crew. Doubtful we will ever order again.

I placed an order at 6:54 pm after almost 2 hours I called and talked to the manager and he made every excuse in the book about why it wasn't at my house yet. It was almost 2 hours and the best he could do was to re-make it and send it to me in around another 1 hour or cancel and give me a free pizza on my credit. We canceled and having to do something different for dinner. He gave me an attitude like it was my fault they were busy and understaffed and I should be understanding they are busy on a Friday night.
