Went a couple weeks ago for a pregnancy craving. Employee was mopping with his apron on. After ordering he didn't wash his hands but did put on gloves which seemed alright until he kept wiping his gloved hands on his super dirty apron. It was full of all kinds of old icing and probably dirt from the mop. I get that aprons get dirty but wiping your gloves on something dirty defeats the purpose of wearing gloves. And he wiped his hands on it multiple times while making the donuts. I was uncomfortable to say anything so I just didn't eat them. I did reach out to the store via email to voice my concern for cleanliness and never heard back so decided to post this review.

Went in for our first time and it was so GREAT! We ended up ordering more than we had anticipated after taking a longer look at their menu. The donuts were so good, when we left we had to put the donuts in our trunk so we wouldn’t eat them while driving 😂 Service was fantastic and very friendly/inviting. We will definitely be back.

Braden Aspen Erin are amazing !!!! They ALWAYS go above and beyond to be friendly and are so kid friendly also ! They are always so friendly and even let us know how supportive their bosses are ! Great little donut shop, they have a good selection of chocolate and vanilla and fancy donuts, the inside is really pretty and decorated nicely! I am just not a fan of the taste or the quality of the donuts… they have a oily taste that’s almost a little bitter, they remind me of a fair style donut that’s been cooked in old used oil. I don’t mean that in a negative way but it’s just not for me… and the taste has been the same the last 3 times.

The kids working at Duck Donuts close up early and refuse service at 6:45pm on a Saturday night. Coming all the way from Kimberly on a date with his dad, my toddler was pretty disappointed to be turned away!

I have never been here and thought it was like any other donut place in town. It was not, and that is what is so great about it. They make your donuts to order for you. The staff was so patient and ready to answer any questions when I had them. Also a big rave to the young woman on staff this morning, she finished my donuts and saw I had my hands full and asked then helped me to my vehicle. Top tier service and extremely yummy donuts.
