Overall a great experience. The donuts are amazing! I understand good help is hard to find. So it's your average employees, never rude, always helpful. I've even had to speak to the manager regarding my credit card. He was extremely helpful and pleasant.I would, and do recommend this place.

Our first time coming to Duck Donuts. The girl at the counter was super helpful and we were blown away by the breakfast sandwich and selection of donuts. Great place! Wish we lived closer ?

I am a school bus driver and we just took a special need Field trip to this location and it was absolutely amazing. The children had a wonderful time. They did amazing job explaining the donut making process and made everyone feel included If the children had such an amazing time. Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is definitely kid. Friendly all the colors and friendliness. We had a group of special needs. Children and they were laughing, smiling and happy. And the employees joked around and smiled. It was amazing.Wheelchair accessibility: With the location we were able to use the wheelchair accessible part of the sidewalk and with the double doors of the establishment made it easy to get wheelchairs in and out of we were able to bring 2 children in wheelchairs at the same time.

First time here. What a cute shop. Lindsay was so enthusiastic and made picking my special donuts so fun. Best cake doughnuts ever. Love the other treats too. Can't wait to bring out of town family here when they visit. Diabetics, beware!!!!! ?
