Well since there was no one in line I decided to pull directly up to the window bc I had a couple of questions about the coffee. When I got to the window, I said hello, and was not greeted back, then I went on the ask a couple questions, that could not be answered because the music was so loud the lady could not hear me. I asked her to turn down the music and she laughed and proceeded to ask me what I would like to order. I. Not about to be in a yelling match to order my coffe. Even though at this point none of my questions had been answered. At this point I was completely frustrated, so I told her that I would take my business elsewhere. There were at least 4 people inside the coffee shop that day and not one of them had the sense to turn down the music so they could communicate with their customers. Dutch bros lost 4 coffee sales that day since each of us in the vehicle was going to get something. I have never felt more disrespected while trying to order coffee

Love it when the staff shows up late then can't make the drink you order every day at the same time because apparently a machine is broken which is a bullshit excuse. It would be nice if they showed up on time and actually had everything ready for people that have to get to work!
The one on poline is the best, the one on bluelakes the staff isn't as friendly
