Horrible aggressive attitude and falsely advertising hours. Closed 30 minutes early on thanksgiving. As a Dutch bros patron since day one, and getting 2 Dutch bros drinks a day for years I am very very disappointed. I know the level of service I got today should not impact how every single day goes however poor service can destroy loyalty for over a decade. I know the owners will frown upon the “too bad, we are allowed to close early so we can leave before the posted time” I am only one person but in a small town customer service is key. Sadly 3 bad experiences with the blue lakes location I’m afraid I may be reconsidering where we buy 60+ drinks a month. Very very disappointed.

My kids and myself went through the drive thru today and my 11 yr old daughter was complimenting the person taking our order on how she loved the bracelets the person was wearing and without a hesitation handed my daughter a Dutch Bros bracelet and just made my daughter’s day!! Everyone you have working there is so friendly and positive!!

We frequent this location at least weekly and lately we've had issues with potential double charges. Otherwise we love the drinks and service of the employees.
Good morning on 8/30/25 my hubby and I went like we do every Saturday to get our favorite coffee beverage as we order we tell the kid that take our order we would like 2 Americans with 3oz cream and sugar free everything else we get to the window and the girl that serves us already has an addittude as I'm telling her the drinks need cream she rolls her eyes and make these faces I noticed she was working from the walk up window I have never complained but it truly was not our fault the kid did not add cream to our order and she had someone else serve us our drinks after she made all her ugly faces not good for business just saying !! Our drink taste bad !
