awesome experience! been to dutch a thousand times and it’s still always my fav coffee spot, vibes are awesome. employees are so sweet and friendly. it’s a tad bit spendy, and a little sweet for my taste, but you can order half as sweet. so many menu options and every single one is the bomb.

Really mad that I come here EVERYDAY and most days 2x a day and now all of the sudden I can't get my drink only on certain days in the morning because some employees choose to clean the machine right when I come... and I come the same time every morning. Pretty disappointed in the blue lakes dutch bros... not a good way to treat a customer that is a regular! I mean you open at 5 why cant you have that stuff done so you aren't losing money and business!!! It's only the one employee that does this she says their other machine is down so the only have the one yet it doesn't even look like either of them have been touched or in the process of being cleaned. Not to mention if there are other employees working doesn't have to be any specific day I have no trouble getting my drink!

Their drinks are really inconsistent. Sometimes they are made well, and other times not at all. I got a latte today, way too hot and no froth. This is not a $5 plus tip (from a drive thru) drink. Even though sometimes their drinks are made right, I am giving 1 star because consistency is important. At best I'd say it's 50/50 and those are not good numbers.
