Good morning on 8/30/25 my hubby and I went like we do every Saturday to get our favorite coffee beverage as we order we tell the kid that take our order we would like 2 Americans with 3oz cream and sugar free everything else we get to the window and the girl that serves us already has an addittude as I'm telling her the drinks need cream she rolls her eyes and make these faces I noticed she was working from the walk up window I have never complained but it truly was not our fault the kid did not add cream to our order and she had someone else serve us our drinks after she made all her ugly faces not good for business just saying !! Our drink taste bad !

If I could give this a zero star I would I came here to get drinks and also get my son a birthday drink he's disabled and not with me the girl doing the drinks would not give me his drink said that it was a grey area like she doesn't believe that it's his birthday or something so rude I have never had this problem before things to the girl at Dutch Brothers on Blue Lakes that denied my son his birthday drink Granite he is not with me but that is because we don't live in town thanks for not making his birthday great I'll never return to another Dutch Brothers again basically feel like I was called a liar seriously rude

Came to get drinks for my family and they tasted just like water nasty so dissatisfied and disappointed and customer service just was the worst making our drinks in a rush that they couldn’t even take the time to make them good bummer
Went to get a pick me up since I've been in the hospital with my daughter for a few days, and the lady who took my order comped my drink. She was very empathetic and so so so sweet. And then the people inside went above and beyond to make me smile when I pulled up to get my coffee. People helping people, even just to put a smile on their face is just so amazing. These young wonderful people working at the blue lakes location are just a gift to our community. Sometimes a little kindness can go a long way, and their kindness made my day just a little bit better. Thank you so so much for just being great humans.
On a side note, I've never had any issues at our local dutch bros. Great coffee, good people, and a wonderful experience!!

Dutch Bros is my happy place as long as my bank account agrees. I roll up like a caffeine deprived zombie and leave feeling like I could run a marathon (or at least walk really fast). The crew is always super friendly, lightning fast, and somehow more energetic than my drink. 10/10 would sell a kidney for a Rebel if I had to.

My wife stood outside the take out window for 35 minutes while 28 cars and 8 online pickup orders got they're drinks. It wasn't until she said something that she got a simple medium Dutch Freeze. Since when do we serve people who cut the line or are too lazy to get out of they're vehicles before the people who make an effort. I actually own Wall Street stock in this company. I really hope this isn't the new business model. Either way I will never patronize this location ever again. Thankfully we didn't get treated this way at Vista Ave Boise store.

So I personally don't like their coffee here because It's mostly for people who like fruity Drinks with lots of sugar. But I gave it a 5 star because everyone was very professional and nice.
