Elevation 486 is a wonderful place to bring someone if you're looking for a beautiful location and a menu to match the occasion. The service was excellent, the food was well above par, and the atmosphere just tops off the experience. Our meal started off with excellent drinks and the smoked salmon artichoke dip which was so creamy and smoky and not at all over-fishy tasting. Tomato Basil soup had great flavor and texture. Entrees were the Filet Mignon and the Rack of Lamb, both of which were cooked to perfection. The mint sauce with the lamb was spot on; no mint jellie spooned out of a jar and thrown on the plate here, you get a REAL mint sauce that pairs perfectly. The cabernet sauce with the filet also paired nicely and wasn't too overpowering. It might have been the best filet I've ever had- they use high quality product here and know how to cook it right. It was all topped off with a birthday brownie- the fresh strawberries and ice cream really bring it all together. Overall, you really couldn't ask for a better night! We look forward to our next visit!

Driving down from BC Canada our AirBnb host recommended Elevation. Never had a better seafood linguine, fine dining at prices less than that. Once we learned the chef was the owner we understood - it's what we look for in a good restaurant. Driving back from Southern Utah 3 weeks later we routed ourselves back to stay in Twin Falls so we could dine there again. Say no more. (Well actually, we should say the staff are also so personable and friendly, no matter what role they play.) Hats off to owner Alma!

They're food was OK. Staff are not friendly. Theres a women named alma that was trying to get my brothers number and kept bugging him. Ordered and paid 300 for a family and tipped over 200. Got an attitude. We had asked for more sauce and because my brother told her she was making him uncomfortable never brought the sauce and told my friend who works for them my son was a mess and had a big head. They are not what they used to be. Staff does not wash thier hands after using the restroom i had gone in behond a server and he was on the ohone got off and walked out, and my wife was hit on by the waitress. After my wife asked for a manager they sent over a young women who was not a manager. Called the owner and they happen to be related to a friend in vegas. This is not a trump friendly or family friendly place. Will not return, Applebee's is where we will go from now on. The whole situation was uncomfortable and wrong. They also couldn't mix the drinks right they have no idea what a Martinee is let alone top shelf products.

Very good service, and the view was stunning. The problem was the food. Ordered a medium rare steak, it was closer to medium well. In addition a long wait for the food.

We went for happy hour and sat outside with a beautiful view. Happy hour is from 2 to 5, with great prices for drinks and a nice bar food menu. They were not busy, but service was excellent and our food came out fast. A great location overlooking the snake river gorge.

Truly, what a spectacular place to admire the Snake River Canyon in the town of Twin Falls.
The view of the bridge is magnificent and allows us to see the perfection of the construction of the metal parabola that supports the bridge... it is an exquisite example to extend the concepts of parabolas, ellipses and hyperbolas...

Really wanted this to be amazing. We had a reservation, was sat in a small room in the back, 5 tables and all full. Very noisy, our waitress was slow and did not listen. We ordered an appetizer and wine, this was good. Ordered our main course, hubby got rack of lamb (should've taken a pic, it was TINY) i ordered a steak and potato (again, shoulf have taken a Pic as my "real Idaho potato was TINY) Steak cook wrong, sent it back. Half way through dinner, we realized we never got our salads. Notified our waitress, her response was "yes, you did" Ummm, no lady we did not! So, our salads came after main course. Ordered the brownie dessert and a Port wine. Brownie tasted like a microwave brownie and the Port was not great. Will NEVER return.
