Elevation 486 is a wonderful place to bring someone if you're looking for a beautiful location and a menu to match the occasion. The service was excellent, the food was well above par, and the atmosphere just tops off the experience.
Our meal started off with excellent drinks and the smoked salmon artichoke dip which was so creamy and smoky and not at all over-fishy tasting. Tomato Basil soup had great flavor and texture.

Driving down from BC Canada our AirBnb host recommended Elevation. Never had a better seafood linguine, fine dining at prices less than that. Once we learned the chef was the owner we understood - it's what we look for in a good restaurant. We went for happy hour and sat outside with a beautiful view. Happy hour is from 2 to 5, with great prices for drinks and a nice bar food menu. They were not busy, but service was excellent and our food came out fast. A great location overlooking the snake river gorge.
