If you want a luke warm burger and scalding hot fries, they got you. If you are more discerning go elsewhere
This place has the best burgers and fries!
I appreciate the fact that you can choose exactly which condiments and toppings you get on your burger. They have a wide variety of toppings. I think the grilled onions are my favorite.
I was pleased to note that the music was no longer so loud that you had to practically shout to be heard across your table.
One of these days I will remember to try their milkshakes.
This is where I go if I want a burger in Twin Falls.
Dietary restrictions: My Mom is gluten free and she eats at 5 Guys all the time. Patty with toppings and no bun. She's never had an issue.

I wish I could leave zero stars here. After waiting 25 min for my food, I got home to find that my shake wasn’t completely mixed, and was more of chocolate soup than a shake. I ordered a total of 4 burgers and every single one of them was done wrong. One of the burgers didn’t even have a Pattie in it…
This place sucks, save your money.

Went in today for lunch. It was 90 degrees outside, we walked in and it was cooler outside than inside. We asked about turning on the A/C, and the answer we got was, oh, I think it's broke. Then we got, actually I don't know if we have one! There are vents on the ceiling. Was not impressed with the employees working today.

I love Five Guys. Their food is great. Staff are usually friendly. The associate at the Register seemed a bit off when I was in. But I don't hold that against people for having a bad day. I get it. The atmosphere could feel more homie in my mind, but it is good for a great meal

I enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger all the way, Cajun fries, and the strawberry milkshake. The people there did a good job making our food a couple minutes before they were about to close. The only issue I had, was how dirty the tables and the floors were.

16 minutes and still no food, $32 for 2 burgers 1 fry 1 drink, EVERY single table is filthy, floor is covered in mess. Lesson learned, won’t ever come back.

Ordered online, but my food was ready about 10 minutes after the time that was estimated. Employees were polite, and apologetic for the wait. The food was great as always. People who complain about the price don't understand that a Big Mac combo is almost $10 now, it's the way of the world currently. Better inredients are going to cost more, and I think Five Guys does it best!
