Kesa is sooooo nice, professional, and cooks everything perfectly as you ordered with pride and a smile. Hands down the best service and food I've ever had from a cheeseburger joint sort of speak. I usually have a great experience at five guys and maybe they had an off day but today was just bland and food was just OK. For the burgers being this expensive having an off day is definitely not OK. The bacon was burnt black, the lettuce on my lettuce wrap was thin and wilted and everything kept falling off. The fries were way overdone and seemed like they gave been sitting there for a while. The employees are normally upbeat and talking to each other updating on things. This...

This place has the best burgers and fries!
I appreciate the fact that you can choose exactly which condiments and toppings you get on your burger. They have a wide variety of toppings. I think the grilled onions are my favorite.
I was pleased to note that the music was no longer so loud that you had to practically shout to be heard across your table.
One of these days I will remember to try their milkshakes.
This is where I go if I want a burger...
