Terrible Pho, it’s made with box beef broth instead of bone. Absolutely no flavor. The sliced meat is fine but the meatballs are Costco Italian meatballs not even close to the actual Vietnamese meatballs. Very little greens to add to your Pho, a sprinkle of cilantro, no Thai basil. This bowl is worth $6 not 15$

BEST CHICKEN PHO I'VE EVER HAD! Very friendly establishment :)

Hands down the best pho in town! Everything I’ve tried here is absolutely delicious, but the beef pho is my all-time favorite. Not only is the food amazing, but the people/owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. This place has been one of our favorite spots, and it’s something my family and I will truly miss in Twin Falls now that we’re leaving town.

After getting groceries with my both kids, they got hungry and I choose to get quick asian food for them. And I ordered stif fry yellow noodles, spring rolls and pork steam buns. I don’t expect special at first but after the food come out and I mean look at the noodles , it looks exactly the same as asian street food looks so tempting and soo good. The service is amazing as well. Not regretting anything came here even though the parking kind hard took me forever find good spot since I bring kids and it’s raining all day today. Definitely will come back with my husband he’ll absolutely love it.

I ordered the Shrimp Vietnamese Stir Fry. It didn’t have much flavor and was 90% noodles- some carrots slices and broccoli. The cafeteria style was too loud and table was dirty, but not all their fault. They were nice. Food was poor.

The beef pho had rich broth and really good sausage and beef. Good price and portions in a food court setting. A great stop on a long trip.

While Fuji Express wasn’t bad, it didn’t quite stand out either. The beef phở had a decent broth, though it lacked the depth of flavor I’ve had at other places. The spring rolls were fresh but a bit bland, and the dipping sauce didn’t do much to elevate them. On the plus side, the service was friendly, and the portions were generous. I will note that their house-made chili paste is excellent. Overall, it's an okay spot for a casual meal, but I’d look elsewhere for an authentic Vietnamese experience.

Nice Vietnamese food. I ordered the wonton soup. It's very delicious. Lots of ingredients with some vegetables. It's nice to find a good noodle soup in this region.

We didn't expect to find such good pho in Idaho -- but what a find, indeed! The beef pho was packed with flavor, and the veggie pho had plenty of greens. (Vegetarians beware, the vegetable pho has a chicken broth base.) Complimentary hoisin, and a VERY potent hot chili oil if you ask. The noodles were perfectly cooked... Tender, but still with a bit of give. Generous portions, we got larges and couldn't finish!

Vegetarian options: The vegetarian pho has a meat-based base.
