Only gave one star because it won't let me put negative 5 stars. Ordered my food and waited 30 minutes for my order. The food was cold and overcooked. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't even feed the food to my dogs

Dry buns and tiny patties...for over $8? McDonald's is better. The chicken nugget things are way overcooked and dry as hell in July. It's like California tried to create a burger joint, oh... wait. Also, the audacity to ask me for a tip at a fast food restaurant is rich...đ€Ł You did nothing to earn a tip...but here's a tip: learn to cook and learn some quality control, then maybe customers will buy from you. No wonder there were no customers.

Well, this place used to be five stars.It has since fallen to negative five stars.If I could leave that, I would.But poor service, poor food, half of the orders are missing.Usually, I highly recommend that you go anywhere but here. Ordered a couple of chicken sandwiches and a burger for me and the guys for lunch. Half the order was missing and the other half was overcooked. After a half hour wait in the drive thru and then having to drive back to tell them about the missing food they acted like we should wait for another half hour for the food. That or a 7-10 day for return on card. Ill just chalk it up asa lesson learned and I will never eat at or recommend this place to anyone in the future. Local businesses have been going to shit and this one is no exception.
The girl at the speaker/window was awesome! 5 plus *'s to her. The tempura green beans were yummy but the quantity was pretty sad. 3*'s. The Santa Barbara Char was a complete disappointment. The meat was flavorless, thin and like, eating paper. I threw it away =( The expensive bag my meal was in was nice, but I think it would have tasted better then the hamburger. Spend less on the bag and put it to the quality of meat perhaps. 0 *'s. The wait time was long but the girl at the window made up for that. She was so nice 4*'s. THE PRICE...WELL $13.76 that I feel was a waste of my hard earned $. Im truly sorry for being harsh but you need to fix this please. It was my first visit and I was so excited for a char broiled burger...NO CHAR AVAILABLE =( Improve your meat and you will be awesome!!!
