The two Queen room was very clean and extra spacious which was perfect for two adults and 4 small children. We use a pack n play and small cot… the restaurant was good and kids ate free!Highly recommend and would stay again!

Rooms: Great spacious rooms with fantastic connectivity.Nearby activities: Restaurants and shopping galore.Food & drinks: Excellent food, slightly pricey for what you get. e.g. 4 oz glass of cranberry juice is $5.

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast at the on site restaurant was mediocre but I'm assuming lunch and dinner is probably much better.

Fantastic! Arrived about 9pm, bar open till 10pm, pool/hot tub open until midnight - perfect! Deb & Maria in the bar/restaurant are amazing! Personable, funny & "holding down the fort" while short staffed! Management is very lucky to have these two lady's on staff. They're team players who care about the restaurant, the hotel & guests. Rooms were great! Clean, modern, NEW! Front desk staff smiling & hospitable. I'd highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a VERY pleasant stay!

The room really smelled bad...like pea or something died. The windows don't open or have a blind that opens...so why have a window? The check in staff went out their way to inform us about Idahos anti marijuana policy after they saw we were from Colorado. Way to profile people!!! ? The other couples checking in around us did not get this embarrassing treatment. The employee was loud while she made us read AND SIGN an anti-smoking rule. RUDE AND EMBARRASSING!Rooms: Smells badNoteworthy details: They hate people from Colorado apparently

This is a really great location. The rooms were immaculate! The swimming pool has extended hours from 6am - Midnight which is really cool. The front desk people that I interacted with were friendly and efficient. Booking the reservation was super easy! One thing I will mention is that there is not a Continental breakfast - They have a small cafe with delicious food, reasonable prices, and an amazing wait staff.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An older hotel without free breakfast is an old-school thing. To spend $30.00 for 2 at breakfast isn't what I expect at a modern hotel. But the room was clean and the bed was fairly new and comfortable.

You can't charge $175 a night for this its ridiculous. If your a weirdo who wants to take a bath in the bathtub this place is for you. 140 ok sure i can deal with that rip off but 175 is just over the line. Listen to me $175 is embroidered robe kinda hotel stay. Like the hotel bar needs a liquor display and a wine cellar not FSA frozen food and coors light. Please read this and like the review if this is helpful.Rooms: Great rooms not worth 175 a night tho make sure you get it for like 140Walkability: Its close to walk to jakers or Shari's or the gas station

I was very pleasantly surprised at the new holiday inn in Twin Falls. I previous state here many times while it was the Shilo but now it is improved 100%. The check-in was seamless, and very inviting. I was extremely impressed by the size of the room and modern features, there were a few minor problems as the trash had not been emptied, lampshade was bent and scorched, bathroom, toilet, paper holder was loose, and coffee maker did not work after numerous tries. Although these are minor things, I feel, it’s important to let the staff know. I will definitely be visiting again on my numerous visits to Twin Falls to see family.Rooms: When I walked in the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and number of modern environment. There was a large sofa, bed, and a very nice king size bed, that I was pleasantly surprised very comfortable. Even the blinds and lights were easily accessible and understandable. This was a very wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back.Food & drinks: I was very pleasantly surprised that there was a bar and restaurant in the hotel itself. I may be wrong, but I believe this is the only hotel in Twin Falls that has those.

Great service, nice clean rooms. Very easy access to the road. Altogether just a nice place to stay. The breakfast menu is a bit weak. We knew they didn't have free breakfast, but there were only a few items on the menu.

We stayed here for one night. Great location! Excellent service upon check-in, easy check-out! Modern vibe! The mattress was comfortable. No inside hotel noise. The traffic noise is loud. The sheets were mostly polyester, so hot and sticky, we wouldn’t stay again due to the sheets. Otherwise, it’s a nice hotel.

The room was clean and the queen beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The linen was soft and pleasant to sleep in and wifi was good. The bathroom was clean. However it was quite small and basic. No nice shower head. The sink and mirror were outside of the bathroom. The location was good. The reason I am giving this a two star review is for two reasons:1) we had to pay $20 extra for breakfast, but no breakfast buffet and you got a voucher for only one breakfast choice. It irked me to have to sit and wait 20 min to get an omelette for breakfast which wasn’t even salted well. And this is the $10 breakfast my son got. He is a football player! He needs more food than this! No good tea selections either.2) This hotel is not worth $220. This is Twin Falls!!! When I pay $190 for a room at the Marriott Marquis, beautiful, huge, suite, in downtown San Francisco it irks me to pay this much for this level of hotel in a tiny Idaho town that all things considered is not much better than a super 8.
