Had an online order and went in to pick it up. A young lady behind the counter was helping out a customer that could only communicate in Spanish. No big deal then a nice guy with a name tag that said Baylie walks out from the back and asks if I’ve been helped yet. He had gloves so I think he had been cooking because they were fairly busy. As he’s looking up my order the other employee helping the other customer proceeds to start being quite rude to him over the fact that the customer decided they didn’t want one of their pizzas and basically accusing him of something wrong and being pretty rude about it. Then he tries to help me out again and another female employee comes out of the back and is extremely rude to him in front of the entire restaurant. Dude named Baylie was solid and I felt bad for him. Even with that it was better customer service from him than I’ve ever received prior.

We've been ordering from IPC since 2017. It is quite unfortunate that the last 5 times we've ordered that they've forgotten things or gotten things completely incorrect. We've had to receive coupons or refunds every time. Tonight was not an exception. The manager, Susan or Suzette, was willing to lose a loyal customer by charging a delivery fee for their constant mistakes. I guess we will continue with Lucy's.

The woman helping us today was so wonderful she was kind, helpful, and very sweet especially to my 3year old. I did not catch her name but she made today's lunch perfect and as things came out she asked us parents if she could bring him things she knew he wanted/needed from the pizza bar. Thank you!

The food and service is great but the place is getting a bit dinghy looking still worth it on the lunch price dinner is a litte high but so is everything else nowadays
We ordered a pizza for delivery that was an hour delivery. After an hour and a half I decided to call, she said it's out for delivery. Another half hour went by, so we are 2hrs in i call again. Unfortunately it got delivered to a different address. I asked this time for them to make our same order and we will pick it up. Guy was awesome this time and gave us a free coupon for next time, only issue this time is we get back home and it's a completely different pizza than our order. So disappointed in this experience. We use to love idaho pizza.

Ordered a pizza on July 2 to be delivered. They said it would be an hour. A hour and a half later I called and they said it would be 15 minutes. Still not delivered and I had to call again. They said it was on its way. We ordered it at 6:30 and it got here at after nine and it was inedible. Will never order from there again. It’s too bad it used to be good food but not anymore. It was horrible.

The atmosphere is nice. The person in the front didn't seem like she wanted to be there and then disappeared after taking our order. They had the bathrooms "closed for cleaning," but I didn't see anyone cleaning them.
