Victoria M. was amazing! Efficient and kind. Made sure we had our coffee refills promptly and frequently checked in on us.

The food is usually okay, the service is usually okay once you actually get seated which always seems to take longer than I needs to based on the empty tables. Had a hair in our food, it happens sometimes we get it, they comped the meal so that's nice but as we were leaving we saw a cook in the back with a big ol beard and no beard net. If we can see that it makes me wonder what we can't see?

The food was decent, but the servings were small. The price was reasonable. The service was really poor. There was no wait, but we still had to wait 15 to 20 minutes until they noticed us and got us seated. We only saw our server when we ordered, when she brought the food and then when she took care of the check. We all ran out of our drinks and never got a refill. My oldest's pancakes did not have any butter and we never got a chance to ask for any. There didn't seem to be enough staff to cover everyone. We were waiting 10 minutes for our check. Very disappointed.

Came in during the later hours of opening. There was garbage from other guests under the tables, and as for the food, I ordered the coffee cake pancake combo, and my friend ordered the jalapeño burger. My eggs were crunchy from overcooking, and the sausage was colder than expected. At least the pancakes were decent and tasted like they should have. For my friend's burger. He received a lily pad of lettuce that was aged around the edges, a centimeter thick slice of tomato, jalapeños with a weird aftertaste, and a patty that had the texture of being undercooked all through it (not even like a medium rare, just undercooked feeling) while it looked unassuming from the outside. It felt like a rushed experience since our server handed us the check halfway through our meal completely unprompted. 2 stars because we still ate it, but it wasn't worth the $3.50 Dr pepper that was somehow worse tasting than McDonald's. Not going here again.

We came in around 10pm with a group of 15 — nothing crazy, just hungry people looking for a place to eat. The hostess (didn’t catch her name, but she had face tattoos you couldn’t miss) clearly decided that being polite was above her pay grade. The moment we mentioned “15 people,” she rolled her eyes so hard I thought she was trying to see her brain. Then, in the grand finale of customer service, she threw the menus at us like we were supposed to catch them as part of some weird Olympic event.

She didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, didn’t even pretend to care. Just pure attitude — like our existence personally ruined her night. Maybe she thought glaring at customers was part of the job description? If attitude was a skill, she’d be employee of the month.

At that point, we decided to save ourselves the headache and left. We went to Denny’s, where the staff actually seemed happy to see us. Crazy concept, right? Being nice to customers?

Honestly, if this restaurant wants to keep people coming back, they might want to teach their staff that throwing menus and death-staring customers isn’t exactly good hospitality. The hostess might need a new career — preferably one that doesn’t involve interacting with humans.

My husband and I pass through Twin Falls to visit family. We ALWAYS stop at this IHOP because this place never disappoints us. Great breakfast, coffee and service. It is also the cleanest IHOP I’ve ever been to. My husband left a review as well about our exceptional server, Amari.

Came for breakfast and a young lady helped me. Amari I think. It was a very unique name. I have issues reading, even at this older age, and she helped read the menu to me. She went section by section letting me know what was good and on Special. I of course made it difficult by wanting to customize everything I ordered instead of enjoying the menu items. But this kid was so great and helped be build my breakfast. She was an absolute rock star as I watched her run around helping all the other busy tables, cleaning, and just all around working hard. Best server I have come across in years. Please let her know for me. It must be challenging to hear a positive review with so many demanding and mean spirited people. Thanks for a great experience.
