In the morning between 5 am and 8am they never seem to be ready service people. Even for something simple like French Fries. You are pulled out of drive thru have to wait in front of store for food ?.

The food is not bad. For the price I feel the value is not so great. All the meals are over $9. Fast food is getting more and more expensive.
Traveling cross country and decided to try Jack in the Box for breakfast. I tried the Breakfast Platter. The food was similar in taste to other Fast Food places, but wasn't on a biscuit or English muffin. That was a nice relief from the other quick breakfasts I had on the trip.

Nice young man in the drive through today. Very pleased with his customer service and his kind smile. Good for you young man. You make the restaurant a good place to come thru for a quick bite. Food was good and order was ?. 5 stars. 11/30 around 4pm. Didn't get his name but he should be recognized for the wonderful drive thru service.. Burley Idaho store.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 for 4 breakfast bagels and asked for sausage on them and then got home and my bagels had no sausage. I called to make a complaint and the lady said to come back through and she'll charge me for the sausage that I asked for in the first place. So I have to come all the way back because the worker couldn't get my order right the first time and then get charged for their mess up? No thanks. I feel like the customer service there is terrible, you don't get smiles or anything just give you my money and get out out of here is how I feel I got treated. Anyways the food is ok when it is correct.
