Just tried the salad bar and soup lunch special since they brought it back. The salad was ok but they were having a hard time keeping it stocked. They bring the soup to you which is fine but our waitress let us sit for 30 minutes until we had to finally leave and didn't have time get any more. Either get more servers or put the soup out so I can get my own. Not Worth The Money! Then they stand there while you run your card instead of leaving a check. Won't be back!
I tried the Twin Falls location today with my wife since they started their lunch salad and soup bar up again. It started off okay, but since they bring the soup out to you, we only received one bowl before being ignored by our waitress for thirty minutes and running out of time. We were then forced to use a tablet held by the waitress at the table to pay our check making it very awkward to view our check and leave a tip. Not impressed and will not be going back.
We found it! The place to go for celebration or date night. Top tier all around at what we thought was fair price.
Count us as new regulars. Ask for server James.

Loved it! Love that I can get a reservation from Open Table because I can tell it gets busy. We were happy with the food and server James.
Stayed overnight at the Beat Western and the clerks immediately suggested Jakers when I asked where to get a good steak.
My son and I walked over and were happily greeted by a very nice hostess who sat us right away. The experience was further heightened when our server Audrey arrived. She recognized my son had special needs (autism for those wondering) and was very patient and attentive.
When it came to the steaks, I wasn’t as impressed as I hoped to be. I’m not trying to shade Jakers or their cooks, but I consistently get better steaks at Texas Roadhouse…and for a lot less expense.
Because of the hospitality and staff, I’d be willing to give Jakers another shot if/when I stay in Twin Falls again. I hope people continue to support Jakers regardless of my review.

Favorite place for prawns and twice baked potato soup is wonderful! The atmosphere is comfortable and the employees are exceptionally cordial. You'll have a relaxing time here as you enjoy a great meal and beverage along with the warm ambiance around you.

If you are visiting Twin Falls, Idaho, definitely put Jakers on your agenda for dinner. It is a very good combination of atmosphere, interior design, food quality, selection, value and, especially, service. Archie is a knowledgeable, personable, and friendly server. Very tasty, Idaho raised beef. If you like a true IPA without any citrus nonsense, I recommend the locally brewed IPA draft beer!
Was good.

We were passing through town and were looking for a steakhouse. I am happy that they were open on Monday. This would not have been my first choice. The steaks are delicious and cooked to perfection. I recommend eating here! You won't be disappointed.

I eat in the bar. I never have to wait. Service is friendly and good. I've only had two meals I didn't like, the prime rib tacos with jalapeños (was too too salty) and their dragon tails (chicken finger). The first time I had their dragon tails they were tasty. The second time not so much, they were plan and dry. I usually ordered the steak bites and mushrooms, fish tacos, calamari, or coconut prawns. My husband loves their bakers (baked potatoes) and creme brulee.

Pretty sure they used Chef Mikeywave to try and cook underdone meat. This is not the place to for GOOD beef.
Cooks should be ashamed of themselves to treat meat so badly...practically sacrilegious.
Server was great, tried to help.
Ordered medium rare, came out raw, not rare, raw, asked them to correct it so they stuck it in a microwave (seriously unbelievable). Second piece of meat, raw-rare. Absolutely no sear on the outside of the first and sort of a dead fish skin on the second.
I was going to order Lobster Tails and another appetizer to take home, but no...
We eat out about twice a year, this was our anniversary.
Such a bummer! I guess that is what you get at the end of the night?

I had the 5 ounce cheese burger. It was just okay. Nothing special. Especially considering the price. We sat on the deck and the flies were horrible and the area not very clean. We had 3 waiter/waitresses and not very good service. I was extremely disappointed in the food service and atmosphere. Jakers used to be top notch. Now it’s just run of the mill. I won’t be going back.
