4 meals purchased. 3 were excellent but the 4th(bacon wrapped ground steak) was nothing but an over cooked hamburger patty even though I ordered it medium rare. Thinner than a Wendy's hamburger. If you pay $25 for a ground steak it should have been twice as thick and not WELL DONE! And larger than a hamburger, too!

Had dinner there last night for a family celebration. Let me first state that I am NOT a huge steak fan. I never order steak at restaurants. Hubby grills steak every Saturday night. The exception to this rule is Jakers, their steaks are amazing! Their Cap steak is the best steak I have ever had. It sells out every night. Last night I had their special which was a Filet with a bearnaise peppercorn sauce that had me practically licking my plate. That being said that last night the food was eclipsed by our server, Zach. He is an absolute treasure, bustling around meeting our needs. Funny and personable, knowledgeable. I would include him in the top 3 servers that I have EVER had (and I am 68). I can't say enough about how awesome he is!

When we are in Idaho Falls we always make a stop at Jakers for a bite to eat. It is on the pricy side, but well worth it! Their food is always good, the restaurant is well maintained and clean, the wait staff is always friendly, polite, and professional. You cannot go wrong by eating here.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on the way to Nevada and sat at the bar and had the flat bread pizza which were awesome. I told our server Monique which was awesome too that we were on our 25th anniversary trip and she brought us a unbelievable slice of chocolate cake. Jakers should be proud to have a team member like Monique to represent them. Thank you for a treasured memory.

We visited here because we had a gift card. It was ok. For the money I don't think it is worth it. It was not a flavorful Rib Steak. We ordered medium rare, it was rare(purple). All the food was ok, nothing special. The server/waitress dropped ranch on my husband's shoe, looked at it, and went on about her business. I didn't feel she was very attentive to us. It was $120+ for two of us with one appetizer, 2 martinis, and Rib Steak for 2.

We have eaten there three times and the service was slow, the food was a little greasy. The inside of the restaurant needs a decreasing and brighter.
I don't think I could say enough good things about this place. Our waitress Heather, an angel on earth. She took care of us like this was our last meal. This was our first time here, and everything about it will bring us back. Make me a spokesperson, I'll star in a commercial. This place is a God sent. No but really, food was amazing, ambiance amazing, customer service amazing, drinks amazing. If there are stocks in this company I'll invest them.

Server was friendly, service was awful.It took us over 2 hours to recieve our food. At which point the food was cold and mostly unedible. Not to mention every single person who ordered a steak or burger had their meat wayyyy undercooked. The ambiance was non existant at best, and disrespectful at worst.This was the worst dining experience ive had in Twin Falls, and thats really saying something
