This is quite honestly the worst jamba juice I've been to. The service was way slow and the drinks tasted TERRIBLY bitter. I've been to multiple different jamba juices and get the same drink every time. It always is the same, but not here. It was gross and had to throw it away...

I really like the drinks and fruity variations they make. I like to get a drink after I go to the gym so I get there around 840 and it's closed what is the closing time because it says that it's 930 I would like to know for sure so I know, and I'll take my business somewhere else.
The wheat grass shot and the handwich that I had were great. However I ordered a pretzel expecting it would come with something to dip it in or even have an option to purchase something to dip it in. When I asked to change it for another food item of the same price, I was told they do not exchange food. Unfortunately Satisfaction is not guaranteed here. I have never seen this at a food establishment before.

Monday, August 14th 2023I walked in about 8:30 p.m. My order was taken by “Ang” this was the name on her hat.I ordered a Vanilla Sky Blue Bowl, she made a comment “I already cleaned the bowl station” but that’s ok. I felt very uncomfortable when she made this comment. I thought maybe I walked in near closing time. I asked the question “oh what time do you guys close” she said 9:30. Keep in mind I walked in at 8:30 p.m. In this case there needs to be a sign put out with this shared information “bowls are not being taken after 8:30 due to putting away the bowl station”.
