If you're in the mood for an attitude and canned beans, Java Blue Lakes might fit the bill. The atmosphere is clean and vibrant, which is a positive aspect. However, my experience was marred by the demeanor of the Hispanic lady taking orders, who didn't seem to be in the best mood.
I ordered the huevos rancheros, but I was disappointed to find they consisted of canned beans paired with scrambled eggs. As someone of Mexican descent, I felt that this dish was misrepresented and offensive.
Overall, I won't be returning.

I love this place we go there two times daily. However anymore in the afternoon you either you are lucky and get the girls that make good drinks or the young guys that never make them right. The morning crew is amazing and I have never had one bad coffee from them. I wish the afternoon ones were better. They just give you whatever is left from the order before you so if someone orders a half sweet bowl you end up getting whatever is left from that even though you wanted a regular one. Or you get one that skimps on the shots that are supposed to come in them. I have had to dump them all week because they have not been good which is frustrating because i really like this place.
