I love their tuna fish. The lady doing the chese was very engaging to guests. Tables and floors could have used attention. Pretty steady on customers. But during one slow point no one came out to attend to the lobby. They went to the back. Left the quiet girl on the register. Good food.

Food tastes great but when I order on line to pick up, it would make a lot more sense to make the cold sandwiches first rather than the hot ones as they get soggy. I got there to pick up my order and my.hit sandwich was done and sitting in the bag already, but I had to wait 10 minutes for the cold one.

I want to take a moment to express my great appreciation for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I receive at the Cheny Drive store in Twin Falls, ID. WITHOUT EXCEPTION, on every visit I am greeted by friendly, professional and competent staff who prepare my lunch orders to my very particular requests. I purchase Jersey Mike's lunch boxes for my tour guests throughout the summer season and they have to be fresh the next day when it's time to eat them. The team members at this location take perfect care to make sure my lunches stay fresh and inviting by they way they pack them for me. I will always recommend this location because of they way this staff takes care of me. for the first time i ordered BLT and i practically couldn't eat it it had a weird smell and the mayonnaise was spoiled don't eat here ???

I'm always really happy with their customer service! Employees are always very friendly and fast. The place is usually pretty clean unless it's during a busy. Food is incredible! If you want a very large, tasty fresh cut sandwich this is where you go.

It was a disappointing experience. Saturday, around 1pm the business became busy. We had 3 hot sandwiches ordered in our group, none of us were given options to add on tomotates, pickles, mayo, etc... Not sure if this is a stire policy or they were just trying to save time.I went back to ask for lettuce (mine was ordered in a bowl) pickles and tomatoes. They gave me lettuce and tomatoes. Not point in going back a 3rd time to get the pickles.Jimmy Johns will remain our go to sandwich shop.

First of all, I loved the food, always great. The only issue was with some, not all of the staff. Last night was busy for them, it was obvious, but the cashier and one other staff member were bickering and arguing loudly and aggressively with each other, and were very unpleasant to each other. The other staff even appeared to try and diffuse the situation, but it wasn't working. I know this isn't the norm, and I usually have a great experience, but if the staff have issues with working together, the place to hash it out is not in front of a multitude of customers. I didn't expect a show while waiting for my sandwich.
