Went in because I've heard this place has the best donuts in town. I got the big baked cinnamon roll. Probably the best I've ever had but the customer service is seriously lacking. Was greeted with "what do you want" when I walked in the door and just glared at while I made my choice of what to get. Would not go back unless customer service improved. People get donuts in the morning to make them happy not annoyed!

Love me some Jim Bob's ! I love treating my friends at work with donuts. Friday is berry fritter day, and they make the best fritters! There is not much chocolate on the bars or donuts, and I notice they are skimpy with the maple coating. But if that's OK with you, great. I prefer the donuts with just glaze. Nom nom
I had a burnt doughnut. Some were very dry. I had heard a lot of awesome stuff about this place and I was just not impressed especially since I drove all the way from Hansen early.

Love to patronize non-franchised establishments. However, the last fritters I purchased for a work reward were dry and completely undesirable. Service was well executed but I'm not patronizing for service alone. Service should back an amazing product, delivered in recognizable quantity and at a great price!Probably won't be back.
