They could actually verify the people are getting what they're paying for through the drive-thru before they drive away and get all the way home and figure out they've been shorted a quarter of their order..I was shorted for pieces of chicken after asking to do a substitute because no breasts were available and substituted thighs instead and agreed, I get home and after paying almost $55 for a 16-piece order I only got 12 pieces of chicken.
