Very unprofessional employees wearing pajamas to work. I had a DoorDash order and I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes and it’s ridiculous. It’s already five minutes past the time to pick up the order. This was a Saturday morning and nobody else was in the store.

Place has never done me wrong. Excellent costumer service. Very clean and aesthetic. Always a variety of options. Amazing place that I keep coming back to!

Got the jasmine tea with popping Boba, and boyfriend got the mango smoothy with mango Boba, both were very well made and flavorful. I had called to make sure they were open and employee was alittle short and slightly rude. But the drink was worth still coming in. Highly recommend for a mid day snack/drink.

Vegetarian options: Most drinks on menu don't contain meat/ byproduct such as milk.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they have a couple of games for the kids.

I called earlier about wanting 40 little frozen yogurt cups for my son’s preschool and the girl working, had no idea what to do. I needed them for today by 4 and she said I needed to call back tomorrow at 2:30 for her manager and was so rude. Thank goodness Orange Leaf pulled through for me and my family.

I ordered a boba drink. They clearly placed the just boiled boba tapioca pearl in the drink. The hot boba pearls melted all the ice and caused the drink to be warm. Either that is how they typically make these drinks or they didn’t know what they were doing. I didn’t finish the drink and haven’t been back. That was sometime last year. My family enjoyed the frozen yogurt, so I can at least recommend getting the froyo.
