Person in the cashier wispering and a careless atitude. Seemed very rude at the moment of charging my card. Gave someone else my order ,that other person told her that she ordered something different. Then I came forward to ask for my order and she tried to give me a different order. Then she called me a lier that she was calling my name. I was standing there for 40min. My kids waiting in the car did not get there pizza. Thankfully the manager reimbursed my money in the card but did not offer anything else not even an apology.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would was told my order was ready at the counter bc the portal was down I go in just to speak to two different people just to tell me they are still working on it (haven't started it yet because) I proceeded to wait another 45 mins as other customers were rushed out the door when their portal (spontaneously) started working another 15 mins passes as I see an altercation brewing between a customer and an employee he wasn't given the correct side and get this he opens his pizza and it's not even his! He then has to help THE EMPLOYEES With THEIR SYSTEM i can't make this up just to find his pizza this place needs shut down and to go through a rehiring phase they don't know what their doing or smoking on the job something has to change especially if you need help from customers to find out which pue is yours my true rating is zero star
Waited almost an hour for 2 pizzas and they didn’t even put the correct toppings on them #nevergoingback how do I leave negative stars?
I got food from there two days ago and after I ate one slice of pizza, I got a really upset stomach and now I can’t stay off of the toilet stay away from this place. I will never go back. The service is poor. The food looks sad when you get it just altogether not a good place to eat.

the pizza and breadsticks tasted a day old… will not b returning the burley store taste so much better rather drive 45 min for a pizza then eat cardboard but the lady inside was so nice and welcoming

My mom went to go get little Cesar's and after a long day at work I was excited to get some food from my mom as a gift but this is what we got these burnt bread sticks that were probably in the heater for longer than the 2 or even 4 hour mark the pizza was a 3 meat pizza with all the bacon and Canadian bacon in the middle of it I can get past the pizza but one thing I've always known from little Ceasars is their exceptional bread sticks but this is terrible being able to taste the char on them and from working at two different pizza establishments I can tell you what old bread sticks taste like this is just unconventional and overall not even worth the price compared to more expensive pizza establishments

I had a great experience at this location! The girl at the counter was cheerful and friendly, and the pizza was hot and ready! No complaints. I’d definitely recommend and return!

25 minute wait on an order that was already ready to be picked up and store employees didn’t have there masks fully covering their faces just over all horrible customer service regardless if it’s new years it said it was ready to be picked up

I always buy from here never had a problem before but this time my husband order he spoke to this guy name Alfredo and try to order a pizza I guess he didn't understand why he was saying and he told him Mexican do not know how to order my husband told what do you mean he didn't want to say it again honestly it crazy how a simple worker things is ok to be racist and he Latino too lol like really if he doesn't like doing this job go clean some toilet probably to do better working there you where not have to deal with customers service...

It's fast food pizza, so you can't really expect the highest quality. It's difficult to give a high score when the food makes you sick. It's good if you're on a budget and want quick pizza.

“If we forget to offer crazy bread you get one for free” while I love a good snag but I don’t enjoy the attitude or lies as the last two times I was immediately told that there’s none ready Then witness a customer come in and order dreads sticks after me and the employee immediately hands her one from the hot and ready oven. It’s not an enjoyable experience.
It is Friday night about 6:50pm 11/8/24 and I just got hung up on by a manager after telling him that the last 4 or 5 times we've ordered pizza from there, it's been trash. It tastes like it's been sitting out for way to long. Instead of making it right, he told me that I could just stop coming in there. I recorded this conversation because I've read other reviews where the "manager" was a complete failure when it came to fixing the problem. I asked him who was above him in the chain of command so I could reach out to them, and he said nobody was, and then he hung up on me. He claimed that there was no other manager above him. Seemed like a little boy on a power trip so I didn't call back.
I will be reaching out to corporate or whomever I need to because that was the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had with any business.
And my family and I used to love little Ceasars. It was quick and easy, and didn't taste bad. Recently it's gone down hill, and I'm guessing this manager that I spoke to is the reason why. He didn't seem to care about customer care or the quality of food that they're sending out.
Letting this man remain in power would be a huge mistake for this company. He clearly doesn't care, and I guarantee that if this location has been losing a lot of money lately, it's because of his management skills. ...or lack there of.
