We've had delivery from Loong Hing before and found it fairly good albeit a bit spendy. So we decided to stop in and try the buffet. While it was a pretty good value, the selection was quite eclectic. I had the shrimp, an egg roll, and the Chow mein. The chow mein in Idaho tends to be vegetarian so I added some of the pork to it but it was still on the bland side but the egg roll and shrimp were quite good. I have eaten at Long Hing for years and the food has always been exceptional. They offer a buffet that has a delicious variety of foods and a Mongolian station. It has a quiet atmosphere (time of day could be a factor) and service is good. I encourage you to go to the older part of Twin Falls and try this place!
