Lucy's New York Style Pizza

Bunch of kids playing around. Ordered a canzone and it took 40 mins to come out. I sat actoss from the pick up window and the entire time only one pizza had been picked up so it wasn't a busy thing. Likely won't be back.

We are from out of town and stopped in on our way to Shoshone Falls. Enjoyed the food hall atmosphere and the service at Lucy's. My daughter LOVES New York Style pizza so this was a no brainer for us. She was obsessed! So much so that we stopped by the other location on our way back home the following day. Is greasier than regular pizza but we enjoyed it and the sauce is so good not overpowering. We will be back even from out of town!

I went last night 6/20/25. I ordered a slice of Margherita pizza, and I was given a slice of cheese pizza with cold tomatoes and lettuce (it might have been basil) placed on top. This is not a Margherita pizza! Nothing wrong with having this product on the menu, but don’t call it a Margherita.

Solid pizza. I've tried several kinds and its always been pretty good. The 'game changer' is especially bomb. Nice folks too.

P.S. I feel like people just complain about the time bc they normally order pizza ahead, whereas at the 2nd market people are more likely to order in person and wait, which skews opinions. Yeah pizza takes a while to prepare it has to go in an oven lmfao

The owner won't let the employees run the air conditioning in the hot summer days now. very uncomfortable, not even any fans.

Today, my family, a few friends, and their dog enjoyed lunch at Lucy’s after spending the morning at the farmers market. We sat outside on a beautiful day and were lucky to be served by Ryan. He was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He got our order exactly right, and the food came out in a timely manner. Ryan went above and beyond by keeping our drinks full and even bringing out a bowl of water for the dog without us asking. That small gesture really stood out. The food was absolutely incredible—some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The BBQ chicken calzone was my personal favorite. Between the top-notch service and amazing food, we will definitely be back. Great food and great service can be hard to come by, but we found both today at Lucy’s. Thanks again, Ryan!

Ordered my pizza and they told me it would be a 25 minute wait. An HOUR later and after me checking in with them two times, the pizza was finally ready. They didn’t cut it all the way through so it had to be eaten more like a calzone, and honestly it’s maybe a 4/10 for flavor/taste. Definitely don’t waste your time here.

30 minutes for a basic slice of pizza and a salad doesn't make sense. Everyone in my party was done ready go when I finally got mine. Second time this has happened. I'm done with them

Happy to say that I was able to contact a person on the Mgmt. staff, her name is Paige. She stated she would address my concerns and refund for the mishap. Sadly I just wanted to enjoy an ice cold Pepsi with the pizza, we shall try this again, thanks to Paige...

This was hands down the worst pizza I've ever had. The cheese pizza was a soggy, greasy mess with way too much cheese and what looked like burnt ashes on it. It was completely inedible. The whole experience was incredibly unprofessional. I will not be ordering from here again.

I got my order delivered yesterday (12/13) and was incredibly disappointed. The meat pizza side on half and half pizza was completely burnt, almost to the point of being inedible. The crust was hard as a rock and the cheese was completely blackened. I called the restaurant to inform and they offered a measly discount on my next order.
