Place an order online was supposed to be ready at 12:44. I got there was told to pull into spot B so I did. 1:00 came around. I still didn't have my order. When they finally brought it to me I was missing my chips had to go to back to work. Didn't have time to wait any longer. Really disappointed in you guys

The general manager Penni at McAlister’s Deli was absolutely amazing when taking our order! Penni were friendly, patient, and made sure everything was correct while keeping such a positive attitude. You can really tell she cares about both the customers and the quality of service. It made our experience even better and we left feeling appreciated. Big shoutout to her for going above and beyond — we’ll definitely be back!

I came in for a late dinner on my last lay in Jerome, Idaho and was greeted by Aubrey at the counter. From the onset, Aubrey made my experience really enjoyable with her professionalism mixed with a great sense of humor and spectacular customer service. I am very impressed with Aubrey’s overall service and great personality. Headed back home to Chicago tomorrow, and this was a great way to end my visit. 10 for 10 experience.

They are a little bit pricy if you’re feeding your whole family but they taste good and have bomb a:: salads.
I’d recommend the pick 2 with the Italian sandwhich and the Savanah chopped salad.
