I saw multiple people drop stuff on the ground and pick it up with there gloves on they are very unsanitary no one washes there hands there management is awful it's even worse at night as well they are the lazyest McDonald's I have ever seen they don't take care of there employees at all they need to work on team work and getting food out fast and there is no one cleaning at all

Waited 40 minutes. Drive thru paid at 7:35pm did the regular wait at spot 2 and we’ll get the order out to you. Waited, and got approached with wrong order. Sure, it happens. Approached again and wouldn’t you know, wrong order again. I see At least 17 other cars come and go. Car next to me gets their order and the employee approaches me saying “I head they got your order messed ups but they’re working on it right now” by then it’s been around 25 minutes. I wait again and then the drive thru line empties out and I swear I heard an employee say “there’s a guy in a truck out there is he waiting on an order?” I lost it and drove up to the drive thru line again and they had no idea what order I even had after giving them the same online order code again. FINALLY get the order at 8:15pm.

As far as McD's go, the one on Blue Lakes in Twin Falls is the best for their service, food coming out in decent time, condition, and quality, and their sitting areas in both the normal and kids play room areas are typically kept pretty clean. The play place structure is usually clean as well, though we've seen issues with it needing to be cleaned when it has been slow to get taken care of. Overall, I still like and recommend that location.

This morning at 8:30 I pull up to the order screen. There's only 1 person in line at the other order screen. I watch as the customer pulls forward and another takes their place. I here them take their order and I still havent been helped. I watch them pull forward. As im still waiting to be helped 2 more customers are helped at the other order screen. I was able to ask the 5th customer at the other order screen to have her ask the workers to take my order. The customer told me that they said they would be there in soon. She finishes taking her order about a min later she pulls forward and another customer takes her spot. I hear them proceed to take their order. So I decided to pull forward and ask for management. The manager told me sorry and that someone was there trying to talk to me but nobody was there. I proceeded to tell her that I had a customer also ask them to help me and all she said was sorry. They never even offered to take my order at the window either.

It's getting to the point where there is no consistency in chain restaurants. I arrived to this location and the workers scatter like cockroaches. I was going to get three items. First item was there were out of was ice cream. Next item I was told they have was apple pie they did not have which was interesting since majority of the front end workers were gossiping about some and not watching how many apple pies they had. The last item I ordered was gift cards which took at least ten minutes bc the cashier didn't know how to do. Instead of having the manager just do it they both struggle to complete the order as by now the customers were backing up. The card ready needs to be replaced as does the night manager.
Service was quick and fresh. The play place didn't like some of the kids playing they were rude, which I know has to do with the parents, not the restaurant itself.

Very busy day, but still very polite staff. Food arrived quickly and correctly. Clean bathrooms and dining room. Not easy to check all those boxes on a busy Saturday. Nice work guys.
