What happened to the affordable McDonald's. I guess I've been out of the fast food loop too long. Staff was cool, but the food was underwhelming and pricey for what it is.

Came to order and would not serve a simple whip cream in a cup for a service dog. Customer service is important to keep the business strong. Without it why even keep a business going. It was a simple request.

We always do the "self check out" kiosk and it works amazing and friendly people here day or night anyways tonight we came in and ray has the best customer service good kid shout out to Ray at the McDonald's on addison 😁😁😁

It took us 30 minutes to get our food. We went in to see what was taking so long as it was a curbside pick up and found that they had set it aside and it was cold by the time we received it

The cleaning man is strange and it bothers you that he is looking at you while you eat and asking you strange things. He told us that he was going to give us our milk and sleep was cleaning our table while we ate.
