Great McD’s experience. The MCD’s app glitched on my order and I waited a long time for an order that never came through. When I approached the on-site team about the missing item (again an APP issue) the manager (Lily) immediately made it right! Great job Twin Falls Pole Line team. Much appreciated. 👍 About the location: good access as you come into town. Lots of shared parking. Inside of restaurant and restrooms were clean and fresh. While eating in, the team was quick to remove trays, wipe tables and keep the dining area spotless.

Just go anywhere else lol this place sucks! Online says it’s open until 11:30. Pulled up and sat for a few minutes, because I saw someone in line just ahead of me who got food, and then they ignored my car when I pulled up and shut the lights off at 10:55 because they apparently close at 11? Super poor customer service. Go to Culver’s, better food and employees.

Wow. Just use the mobile app. The drive-thru doesn't listen. Then, when you go inside to correct your order they simply hand you 2 slices of cold cheese to make amends. Just use the app. Just use the app. Follow up after posting :So I got a very generic link to talk to the company about this store. And that doesn't work either. Am I surprised? Not any longer.
I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, the picture showed lettuce and tomato. I got two burnt buns on the inside, burnt chicken and 2 pickles. I didn't take it out of the bag until I got home. Wasn't about to go back. I would be embarrassed to serve anything like that.
