Unfortunately, this location is a hit and miss when it comes to taste of food and if they even make it right. If you have a special request, you better cross your fingers that comes out the way you asked for it.

We ordered 20 piece nugget meal and they forgot the sauce. When I asked for the sauce the assistant manager said I would have to pay for it. It seemed like she didn't understand that it should come with sauce. I asked for other manager and she explained it to her. No understanding or accountability that they made a mistake. Not even a "sorry". Pluse no drink counter, so no free refills? Very disappointed in this location.

Dirty to the point that it should be closed for a day and cleaned, out of literally everything including coke, and the teenagers behind the counter were more worried about making TikToks for their friends in front of the counter taking up the lobby so no one could even order off the self serve screens.
The frys had hair in it. It was disgusting we had ordered 3 frys, and each one had hair in it i wouldn't really recommend it .

By far the WORST McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. Came in at around 2pm and and immediately noticed how crowded it was inside. I placed my order on the kiosk and waited.
Around 30 minutes later I checked to see if my order was ready only to see that the drink maker was malfunctioning (see video below). I also noticed how dirty the kitchen was with multiple fries and patties on the ground. After waiting for over 15 more minutes we finally got our food and left because we were already late to an appointment.
The chicken Big Mac was basically the same tasteless “chicken” you would see in the McNuggets just with Big Mac sauce. The fries were pretty good with a decent amount of salt on them. I never even got the ketchup I ordered. If your ever planning on stopping by I’d rather go to other locations instead of this one unless your fine waiting a long time for a meal.
