I use the mobile app to order and park outside and walk in. After sensing, I’ve waited for a while, I approached the counter. I suppose it was the manager that asked if I needed something. My husband went to pick up dinner. Walked into the lobby and the manager looked at him, turned around and walked away. A girl was cleaning the boards and he had to say"hello" really loud to get her attention. He picked it up and the fries were greasy and super salty. This is the first time I didn't eat the fries. And it cost almost $16. Bad service, bad food.

I called a few minutes before they opened and I talked to the opening manager and asked her if they had any McGriddles yet and home girl hung up on me, it was a terrible experience and I cried for 3 days straight, I hope this never happens to anyone else stay straight out there
