I use the mobile app to order and park outside and walk in. After sensing, I’ve waited for a while, I approached the counter. I suppose it was the manager that asked if I needed something. I said I was waiting on my mobile order. She looked inconvenienced as she informed me, while walking away, that mobile orders are set off to the side on a shelf that can’t be seen from the cash registers.
