I use the mobile app to order and park outside and walk in. After sensing, I’ve waited for a while, I approached the counter. I suppose it was the manager that asked if I needed something. I said I was waiting on my mobile order. She looked inconvenienced as she informed me, while walking away, that mobile orders are set off to the side on a shelf that can’t be seen from the cash registers. My husband went to pick up dinner. Walked into the lobby and the manager looked at him, turned around and walked away. A girl was cleaning the boards and he had to say"hello" really loud to get her attention. He picked it up and the fries were greasy and super salty. This is the first time I didn't eat the fries. And it cost almost $16. Bad service, bad food.
