Honestly its a nice and cozy place to stop by for a quick meal. Food is mid, service is also somewhat good. its not crowded so you have plenty of spots to chill at with friends or just studying.

You guys need to fix your employees, managers or something this is my 5th time being to your guys store in this specific location and every time I’ve had to turn back around as soon as I leave because A it’s the wrong order or B I’m missing the other 20 dollars of my order it’s ridiculous.

Waited 15 minutes to get fries that tasted old, no napkins and both sandwiches we ordered made incorrectly, only thing that tasted fresh was the chicken nuggets. The drive thru order taker was rude as well and when I said yes to rounding up they never did. My tip, if your going to make people wait make sure they receive hot fresh food made correctly so they leave happy. Came at 11:15am on January 4th

This McDonalds use to be good and my regular go to store. But now it's run by what looks like teens who could care less about the quality of the food. The management must be horrible as well. The food is always cold. But you still have to wait for a long time to get it. The burgers taste gross and with wilted veggies. Don't go here. I can promise you that you'll be sorry. There needs to be very serious changes. Otherwise I'm never going back.

I hate this location. I’ve tried every strategy in the book to get my food hot out of this location. I have never eaten a hot fry by these establishment.

I do mean hate. I’ve been here when they are completely slow and they send me to the wait stall for 10 mins. I’ve used the app and still get sent to wait area for cold food. I’ve been stuck in a line where I wait to get cold food.

I spend more gas on this place than if I should drive into twin and go to sit down restaurant. If I did that at least I could waste my money on the tip, bad service, but hot food.

The app sucks. This place sucks.

Everytime I come here the employees who work the morning shift are absolutely horrible. Rude, argue with you if THEY don’t get your order right even had an employees yell at me because she couldn’t hear me at the drive through. So when I spoke up I was accused of yelling. Very unhappy people that work there and they treat the customers like crap. If you don’t like your job find a new one and stop taking it out on the customers.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s location many times and usually have great experiences, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. The drive-thru staff were rude when we tried to clarify our drink order—a large was ordered, but the staff member dismissively said, “Too bad, you’re getting a medium,” without giving us a chance to fix the mistake or pay the difference.

After waiting over 10 minutes, our food arrived cold, undercooked, and unappetizing. While I understand everyone can have an off day, the combination of poor attitude and low-quality food made this visit unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers don’t have the same experience.
