Sam and his family have the BEST ice cream my kids and I have ever had, and the only thing better here than the food is the customer service

Unique, Beautiful, Tasty

My son has been begging to try this for weeks. I finally brought him to the mall to try it. When I arrived, the owner's wife took my order, and told me I would have to wait ten minutes for a chocolate bar because they were being made. She also told me I couldn't order a strawberry cup because they were out. I thought that was frustrating sensor advertising on the bill board. You would think you would be keeping things in stock, in case people came in, just like we did. She didn't apologize for being out of it either. Then, when I was sitting waiting for our chocolate bar, we saw a couple come up wanting to order ice cream in the girl, told them she wasn't going to make it for them until she was done making the chocolate bars. The owner's wife had gone home at this time and the young girl was alone. It seems that if you're going to have somebody prepping, you would have someone else to take the front. After all of that, we got our ice cream bar and other is dry! Like no pistachio cream at all. Very very disappointed.

Not only delicious flavors and textures, but Sam was absolutely a gentleman and had all the jokes to entertain not only the adult customers but the children as well. :)

So we came and visited this little store in the twin falls mall, my girls were super excited to try. Well the owner was so sweet, so talkative and friendly and even let my three girls go back and he showed them how to roll the ice cream ! I wish I could figure out how to post the videos but he was so kind and patient with my girls, they still talk about how nice he was and how he took the time out of his day to teach them something. Plus, the ice cream and chocolate bar we had that day were so delicious, it's definitely worth visiting and talking with him. We will definitely be back !

My family and I went to get some Dubai chocolate and cotton candy. My kids loved every bite of their snacks! The owner was a gentleman and kind. Thank you for putting the .31 cents I needed to complete the cash transaction so that I wouldn’t have to use my debit card😀 you have gained 3 more customers!

Such a bad experience they have two teenagers working who were just talking to each other about inappropriate things that my children should not listen to.ALSO the Ice cream servings were SMALL DO NOT RECOMMEND
