They help every time to make sure our food is made gluten free due to allergy. It's so nice to be able eat yummy noodles without getting sick. Thank you twin falls noodles and company.

One manager was very kind she was blonde, I didn’t catch her name but she was very helpful my first time in. I came in again a week later and it was a night manager I think. she was brunette but she wasn’t helpful at all and wouldn’t let me change my noodles to the kind I liked.

They're really great about taking the time to double check that everything is in your order and quick to fix it if something is missing.

Stopped here after 11 hours in the car on a road trip- we were in desperate need of a hot, filling, well rounded meal, and that's exactly what we got. Food was great, service was very kind and fast- overall, just a great place to grab a quick meal that will make you feel a lot better than fast food.

Dined in with family for quick dinner. Order pad thai and one of the pasta dishes. Food is terrible, lacks taste, freshness and quality. Portion sizes are really small for the price. Service is equally bad with poor hospitality. Ambience is decent but is worthless if the food is so bad. Overall a forgettable experience and would not recommend this place.

Went in today to place an order. First to mention I am disabled and walk on crutches. Tripped over the runner walking up to the counter. A lady approached me and told me to order i need to step to the counter/ cash register. I was walking to a table right adjacent to the counter and I told her that I needed to sit down firs. It is not easy walking on one leg with help of crutches. She knew I wanted to order some food to go. My friend placed an ordered 15 min earlier. The server never came and asked. She gave my friend her bag, turned around and walked away. I walked out without an order placed. Will I go back?!? NO. WON'T STEP BEYOND TO GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. How much trouble would it been to acknowledge the situation and accommodate. There is the law about People with Disability. I am disgusted by her attitude and we will see how upper management will handle this situation. No dinner for me tonight.

We ordered the med salad and some Japanese pan noodles. Both of them had a hair in them and the noodle bowl was filled halfway. It looked like a small portion even though we ordered a regular. Not very impressed!

Online the price for a plate of spaghetti w/marinara is shown as $7. I drive to the restaurant and they want $11 dollars for that item. That’s false advertising in my opinion.
