Driving all the way from Elko, NV to Twin Falls might sound like a bold move for lunch—but Noodles & Company made every mile worth it. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth by Paeyton Mae, whose welcoming energy set the tone for an exceptional experience.

The food? Impeccably prepared. Every bite was a masterclass in flavor and freshness. And when I realized I’d forgotten to add tofu to my order, the team didn’t hesitate—they graciously tossed it in post-order without a fuss. That kind of attentiveness and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated.

Whether you're a local or just passing through, this location is a gem. The staff treats you like family, and the food delivers comfort and quality in equal measure. I came home from hospital today. Friends were upset I won't eat. Neighbors called in chicken and noodles. Sent it to me. AWESOME broth noodles great. I have never ate there. I will now.

This was our first time coming here, and we were not disappointed! The staff was so kind, the food (especially the chicken noodle soup) was AMAZING, and the building itself was very clean. Will definitely be coming again!

Sometimes a restaurant gets a good review, not because everything went perfectly, but because they went above and beyond to resolve an issue when it occured. I ordered delivery this evening, and there were some minor issues that added up to a big deal in my mind. An item was missing from my order, the doordash driver left the order on the doorstep without even ringing the doorbell, and when I tried to call the store to alert them, their phone system disconnected the call without routing me to a live person.
After I drove back to the restaurant, quite upset since everything is worse when you're hungry, I encountered Elaine.
I told Elaine my issue and what I was expecting. Elaine was apologetic and courtious to me the entire time. She was able to articulate what she needed from me, and why, and then the ultimate resolution to my issue was above and beyond what a reasonable person could expect. Elaine asked if i would give them another chance another time to delight me, and yes Elaine, because of your customer service and empathy, I will be giving this Noodles & Company another try. Thank you for exceeding my expectations in a tense situation.

If I could give a zero I would. The children they have working here are absolutely disgusting. Watched them drop an order on the floor, pick it up and put it back in the bowl to serve. Also they are eating the protein while cooking it for orders. I will never allow my family to eat at this place for their safety. Noodles and Company do better with who you hire this is disgusting!

Walked in with nobody in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get a chicken noodle soup and a order of Mac n' cheese. Not a complicated order to me but apparently it's pretty complex to them if it takes 20 minutes to get something that they probably make many times a day. Will not be returning anytime soon.

I’m a door dasher and a girl was adding toppings and putting dishes to side without bagging and then wasn’t even paying attention to names on bag. My order for customer sat for 5 mins before someone else asked the name on my order. People need to pay attention or put orders out where we can grab them. I waited 10 minutes or more, ridiculous!

Came in today and ordered the following:

Kids Mac & Cheese $6.35
came with two sides:
Kids Broccoli and Kids Rice Crispy treat
Apple Juice

Small Pasta Fresca ($6.50) with Feta and used Rice Noodles for gluten free option

Total with tax came out to $13.62

Overall the food was great nothing to complain about it was to be expected since they are a noodle company.

My only concern is when a consumer comes in and is not welcomed and it takes multiple staff staring at me to finally say someone will be with you.

I came in on June 2, and stood waiting at least 3 minutes before anyone said a word to me. There was plenty of staff for anyone to say hello.

OVerall the food was great the service was more of the concern.

Remember when someone walks in your first impression is made within the first 5-10 seconds.

The food tasted like digusting microwaveable food. Definitely, not worthy of the price my husband and I spent on it. Disappointing.

Justice was so hospitable. You don’t see employees with customer service and hard work like her now days. She deserves a raise.

Been a couple years since we've eaten here and we decided we wanted to come back and try it again. The food is just okay, expected a little more flavor.
Service was amazing and everyone was so nice. Cleanliness by the soda machine isn't the greatest but everything else seemed clean.

I called in after I placed an order through there app and realized it was missing a regular size Mac and cheese. Taking with one staff member than the manager, I was told they couldn’t add onto an online order because they couldn’t collect the extra payments and I would have to order again. I told them I could order through the app for under $15 and the manager was amazing and offered a free one instead!!! I was definitely not expecting this since it was a mistake on my end instead.

Customer service and the manager were 12/10 by far. Thank you so much for this!!

A cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. Excellent service and good prices. I’ll definitely come back!
