The evening of February 15th, we visited this Olive Garden location with our four children, during an incredibly difficult time. We are only in town to be with a loved one who is passing away. We chose a national chain specifically hoping for a safe, sanitary meal after experiencing poor food safety elsewhere in town, but what we encountered was repulsive and a blatant health code violation.
One of our main entrees was served with the server's thumb clearly inside the bowl. To our horror, that thumb had a fabric bandage on it. Seeing a used, unchanged bandage in direct contact with our food was sickening; my partner couldn't even touch the dish after that.
When the manager arrived, the situation only worsened. He lacked professional boundaries, standing uncomfortably close to me while insistently demanding that we help him identify which staff member had served the plate. Rather than taking immediate accountability for the lack of basic hygiene standards, the focus was placed on us to solve their internal staffing issues.
We used to love Olive Garden, but it is clear that the standards here have fallen dangerously low. Serving food while wearing a bandage without a protective glove is a major health risk, and the unprofessional management made an already painful trip even harder. We will not be returning.

Visiting from Portland Oregon, sat at the bar and was attended by Amy M. In the bar area. SHE IS AMAZING. Very sweet, attentive and has such an amazing attitude. Her joy and energy is contagious

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves one. We came in today and found three hairs in my daughter’s food not one, not two, but three. Absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.

Then, I asked for my youngest daughter’s shrimp to be served on the side, not mixed into the Alfredo. They brought it out mixed in anyway. Fine, mistakes happen. I politely sent it back and explained again that she won’t eat shrimp covered in sauce. You’d think they’d remake it properly. Nope. They brought out the same exact plate, shrimp just scooped out and thrown on the side, still covered in Alfredo.

When I questioned it, they tried to say it was “fine” and that they’d remake it if we wanted. Seriously? You already had your chance. Instead of fixing it, they tried to sneak it past us like we wouldn’t notice. That’s lazy, dishonest, and flat-out disrespectful to customers.

I left completely disgusted and disappointed. This place clearly has zero pride in their food or their service.
And to make it worse, it won’t even let me upload photos to show just how bad it was.

Chain restaurant featuring sit down Italian, huge portions of soup or salad, and a generous serving on whatever entree you desire. Open bar, several choices in the wine category. Menu is extensive and hits most of the Italian favorites. Service is excellent, atmosphere is comfortable - and the similar in each store. I went with the chicken parm - it was good - flattened breaded chicken covered in melted cheese served with spaghetti - you are not going hungry here. This is always a good place to get a good meal, wherever you happen to be.
