poor customer service. I have argued with Ana C. multiple times due to her being very stingy with the amount of orange chicken in my bowl everytime i get her as my server then proceeded to tell me each serving is 4 pieces of orange chicken??! So not worth the high price of the food. very disappointing. Never again.

Absolutely great. Got take-out tonight. Four meals were delicious. Service was very friendly. Place was hopping.
We waited at spot #2 for 25 minutes. Several cars got their food before us. When we finally got our food, we asked what took so long. The guy simply said they're busy and walked away. No customer service skills whatsoever. $45 worth of fast food for a 25 minute wait isn't worth it.

We went in today 1/30/24 through drive thru. My kids orange chicken was going to be about 5 minutes of a wait. No problem. We were waiting for 20 minutes. I went in there and I understand they are busy. A young female worker asked me what she could help me with. I responded that we were waiting a while and we’re wondering if our food would be out soon and she just proceeded to ignore me. I walked out as another worker gave my husband our order. I also ordered 4 veggie rolls which should have been $4 but paid $6.I wish this location was more like the burley location.
