Ordering online has become a nightmare. Twice in a row The store has not provided any of the sauces ordered. If The store cannot honor what is ordered, they should say so. The site (not the fault of the store) prompts every time to add extras no matter how many times you say no. The fact I don't get what I DO ask for IS the fault of the store

Normally, we dont have an issue with Papa John's but today I ordered some pizza a little after 5:30 and still have no pizza at almost 7. I literally watched the driver go to other locations around my house using their tracker. Don't expect to get your pizza in a decent amount of time on Monday's, because they have only 1 driver.

We love papa's fresh pizzas! They also have a rewards program that is pretty awesome. We have our pizzas delivered for family night hot and ready . They often have deals and cupons and for our large family that means alot to us 💜 I wish they would improve on their wings is about my only gripe they aren't very good and I absolutely love wings . However the Shaq pizza is absolutely delicious my family can not get enough of it 😋

Pizza is good but……..I was charged $21.00 on a Shaqaroni when their website shows $21.00 crossed out and says $15.99. TV advertises them for $12.99!!???🤷♂️ Ordered a large 1/2 the works and 1/2 Hawaiian. Normally a whole pizza of either one of these is $21.00, but because it was a split pizza, they charged $1.00 per topping which made it $25.99. So my total was $58.00 for two pizzas and an order of bread sticks!!😡😡. I should have gone to a sit down restaurant for dinner!! Just seemed a little over-priced!!

We hadn’t eaten Papa John’s in a while. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pizza. The price is comparable to Domino’s when they don’t have a sale. Better than Pizza Hut. Little Caesar’s beats it in price but Papa John’s is still a better quality pizza.
