After spending almost eight minutes on hold and then receiving the worst two sandwiches in the almost 10 years I've been ordering southwest Chipotle chicken it will most likely be my last! I was ok with her telling me she didn't have enough green peppers for both but then to get home and find most of the sandwich was mainly bread with very little chicken and very little sauce I was not happy!! Usually I need a fork to keep everything on my sandwich and I love them, not tonight!!! We spent $40 on two sandwiches and two orders of fries. I expect a whole lot better than what we received!!! Sorry Kelcey, you spoiled me over the years in Kimberly and Twin, but I probably won't be back!

Food was not good, we bought 4 sandwiches and they all were not good. 3 of them were pizza subs w/extra sauce and extra pepperoni and there was neither on any of the sandwiches. My ham and cheese with extra ham do not have extra ham, the bread was really dry and they forgot to give us our order of spicy fries the first time my husband went in. I called from the parking lot to let them know about our missing fries and the little girl who answered the phone was not very professional.

I'm a doordash driver, and pick up from them frequently. They're always nice, and one time they gave me a free sub because they had a cancelled order (and I guess they appreciate how patient I am waiting for orders to be ready). It was a very satisfying lunch. Thanks, guys!

Tried to get our order correct twice and still couldn't manage it . We ordered delivery for this heavily priced food because our family is new to the area and wanted to try it . A few key points is I was texted to confirm the order when the order showed up it was missing more than half of what we ordered so we called they seemed ok to help us and we asked for it to be redelivered as we paid for that and our order was missing and wrong . So they agreed takes a while to get here finally does . First thing I notice is the gal dropping it off is wearing real short shorts I get it's hot but this is a buisness delivering pizzas. I thought among the missing order this doesn't seem like a very professional buisness. She tells me how they upgraded a drink and I thank her and pull in the food and wouldn't you know it food is still missing and wrong again ! We don't even bother saying anything else at this point just laugh and collect our losses .Lol this food also tasted like maybe a step up from boxed pizza no seasoning , sweet sauce and I guess cheese to cover the blasphemy what should be pizza hidden under it. Don't go off the pictures on the website because you won't be getting that . I'm disspointed we wasted family nights take out on this and will definitely not be eating here again not only for the service but the lack of regard and unprofessional atmosphere and gross food . That's a no from us boss . Better off with dominos .

Used to frequent this place before we moved, so had to come back when we visited. Sadly disappointing. The sandwiches were had for the lunch special were mostly bread and very few toppings. The bright spot was the Italian salad and ranch dressing. Definitely not the place I remember. Especially for the price.

The bread for the subs is not what I like. I felt like I was eating a very crumbly unflavored bread. The Turkey BLT was blah. You could taste the bacon abut that was about it. For $9 there are other better sub shops out there. The chicken bacon ranch tasted great but ultimately the bread made it not good.
The bathrooms were not clean. Unfortunately I think that is due to only two people working and they were fairly busy. The place must have supporters because it was a fair amount of people there.

I've only been here once before a couple years ago and swore I'd never come back, but thought I'd give them another try. New staff. Ordered Papa Kelsey's Special~ no green pepper, added fresh tomato with cauliflower crust. Delicious! Exactly what I was hoping for!The only thing I might suggest is the crust be a little thicker in the middle to hold it all.Staff was very polite and friendly. I'll definitely come back.
