Literally the worst service. Got sent the wrong pizza. They won't make it right, had people waiting on pizza, so I had to call and they made me pay again, and due to having an office full of people I had no choice. Rachelle the manager is maybe the most rude person I have ever come into contact with when it comes to a customer service oriented business.

Menu clearly states pasta comes with 5 breadsticks. Neither girl I spoke with had a clue. One said yes and one said no. Needless to say we didn't get breadsticks with our pasta. This is why I go to Domino's, but husband wanted Pizza Hut.

Placed an order online when to pick it up and the lady working at 4:45pm on 9/10 said she would not accept that price and we would have to pay tripple the price. I went to the other store and they said they would honor it then said so sorry that offer is only good until 5pm. Also the guy at the other location said the lady at this location was probably pocketing the money.

We were really looking forward to eating at pizza hut and enjoying their salad bar with our pizza. However, after our experience, Take out is highly recommended! Dining in was more like a picnic minus the bugs. Staff was either having a rough day or they don't like to have dine in customers. We were lucky to receive the paper plates and paper towels, I asked for, with our 1 medium pizza. No plastic utensils, no pepper flakes, no parmesan cheese, no cups, no ice, only bottled drinks. Pizza was delicious so we'll order again in the future, but only for take out! My expectations were definitely disappointed from what we've had previously.

Haven't ordered from a Pizza Hut in years. Thought since we will be driving right by we can order ahead and pick it up on the way home. Never again. 2 lrg pizzas and a cheesy bread, $60. Ok but it should be good food. Nope. I might as well gone to grocery store and buy a $2.00 Pizza. Yes I had thin crust, extra cheese on a cheese pizza and a meat lovers. First no extra cheese, hardly any toppings at all. The meat lovers had sausage and pepperoni only. How is that a meat lovers? I remember it being soooo much better. Pizza as flat as a piece of paper. My grandkids wouldn't even eat it and they eat everything. $60 of very disappointing. Don't recommend and will never go back.

It's incrediblely hot, there was hair on my pizza and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes trying to get sauce and never once did they stop to help me. Never got my sauce 😞
