I ordered my pizza to be delivered curbside. When I arrived I clicked “I am here” in the app. I waited and watched as the woman behind the counter stood there doing nothing. Finally after waiting approximately 25 minutes (I was a little early and assumed maybe it wasn’t ready,) I went in. I have hip dysplasia and a sleeping child in the car so going in was very difficult for me. She asked if I was there for carry out. I said “no I actually had a curbside pickup.” She replied “we don’t do curbside you have to get out of your vehicle and come in like everyone else.” I informed her that the app allows for curbside and I even notified them that I was there she then replied “we are understaffed and don’t have time to run pizzas out so give me your name if you want your pizza.”This was the most unprofessional and outright rude experience I have ever encountered. I order from Pizza Hut all the time and this one interaction has now made it to where I will not return.

Called to order take out, the girl had no idea what their specials were. She just kept repeating the specials are online. I obviously chose not to order online. I don't want to order online, I'd rather talk to a person.....oh well, I'm just old fashioned I guess

I placed a large order on the evening of 3/9/24. I had a pizza that was made incorrectly and missing a red pepper shaker and I called Pizza Hut they apologized and said they’d get it corrected and sent back out to me. An hour later I still hadn’t heard or seen my pizza so we called back. They stated they didn’t know what happened but the correction order never got put in. So then at that point I requested a refund for the pizza that was not made correctly and the red pepper shaker they said they didn’t know how to do that so they had to go get a manager. Well guess what 4 days later no credit has been issued! Sarah and Elizabeth were horrible with customer service and blatantly lied to me about crediting me for the mess up!

service was terrible didn’t get our whole order or extra sauces but got charged, called back the store and Michael with glasses and a bini gave lots of attitude made us wait for 20 min while he ran around outside messing around with friends. OUR FOOD WAS GROSS AMD COLD. Will not come back because mostly the service. Very disappointed!!!

I would want to be treating customers like the owner of this pizza is given that times are hard, money and tempers are short. So play with others money and patience at your own will, that never ends badly.Do no waste your time or money. They have no accountability.Dominoes is better anyway.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've never had issues ordering before, I have ordered through them at least once a month for the past 10 years. I ordered for delivery tonight and went outside before the pizza was supposed to be delivered, I waited 20 minutes over when it was supposed to be delivered outside in the cold and then I called, was told that the driver had the pizza and to call back in about 10 minutes if it still hasn't been delivered. I stayed outside the entire time and called again because it had not been delivered. When I called I told them what was going on and they told me that the driver had tried to deliver it multiple times but that no one answered the door. I had literally been outside on my steps from before it was supposed to be delivered until I made the second phone call. And was met with " well I'm going to believe my driver on this" I had literally waited outside the entire time from before my pizza was supposed to be delivered until a half hour after. No one came to my door, no one parked anywhere on the street near where I live and I'm met with that? I literally waited outside for over a half hour with an active security system going. I think I'd know if someone tried to deliver anything at all to my house. I even double checked all my info online.

We wanted dine in. The cashier said if we wanted any "deals" we'd have to order online. So we did (it took forever because we had to input our payment info several times. Our pizza came out and was pretty good. They didn't have any plates or napkins. They gave us paper towels like you use in the bathroom. Had to ask for water. The guy didn't know how to get water out of the soda machine. We never had anyone check on us, but they did ask for a tip!
