I told the girl at the front I would take a water bottle, she said I was going to have to pay for it. In no way I was asking for it to be free. She was really rude it was a terrible customer service experience.

I enjoy ordering take out from here. They always do a really good job and the counter people are very kind.
The toppings were alright. A little too much sausage & meatballs. But I'm not sure that's pizza dough, or hand-tossed. Felt a little ill afterwards. Maybe pan pizza is better... It's og, after all.

Very rude gm that purposely attacks my door dashing because I don't follow pizza huts procedures I follow door dashes which no contact is still the normal on as it has been since 2013, it's been established since I'm an independent contractor I don't have too follow a pizza hut delivery drivers exact steps as a rest. Don't get mad at me because I left since an order took to long then you had to increase the tip on the order to get another driver which was coincidentally me again and hand me the order at a slow pace and hand it too me in a rude tone when all I did was deliver the order like you ordered me too with a smile and a thanks and you repay it with attacking my job since you pay way to low to attract first party delivery drivers. Besides that this location has nothing on the other one and sincerely won't be delivering or ordering through this joint again.I advice other door dash drivers or delivery drivers looking for a job avoid this place like it's the plague

I ordered the small box dinner and they texted that it would be approximately 40 mins. I was surprised that I received another text just a few minutes later saying my order was on its way! I would have preferred to wait than to get the dinner that arrived. It tasted like what pizza that sat out over night, tastes like. It was old!Paying almost $40 makes you think you'll at least get a fresh, hot meal. Especially since I only live half mile away. I'm severely disappointed Pizza Hut. Strive to do better!
Vegetarian options: If you order a veggie special, be sure to specify veggies only. . . Not veggies with pepperoni!

Everytime I try and order through the app, it times out and clears the cart. Everytime I call in, some snoody girl puts me on hold and acts like any order is an inconvenience… I worked in the food industry not that long ago and I had alot more ambition and customer service skills only making $11/hr. These same people that complain and moan and do a quarter of the work that should even be acceptable for a job, are the ones wondering why minimum wage isn’t $25/hr.Dear Pizza Hut,Fire the losers that don’t want to work at your store.
Xavier is probably the best Pizza Hut Manager I’ve ever seen, and I go to Pizza Hut in every single town I go to. Well deserved 5 stars
