i will not be back to this pizza hut again the taller gentleman that must manage was very rude and lazy he was sitting in the back of the store on his cell phone while the other guy was overwhelmed and needed help by the time i received my order i was beyond mad. as long as that gentleman who's name i found out was Xavier. i will not be back, something needs to change i will bee reaching out to corporate as well.

Placed an order online when to pick it up and the lady working at 4:45pm on 9/10 said she would not accept that price and we would have to pay tripple the price. I went to the other store and they said they would honor it then said so sorry that offer is only good until 5pm. Also the guy at the other location said the lady at this location was probably pocketing the money.

I don't know why all these people bitchin' giving one star reviews, probably after a free pizza or something. Before you listen to their 1 star review, give them a try. I had absolutely no issue or hangup with a damn thing.

Love ordering pizza from Washington St. Food is really good! Sadly we can't it have it delivered on the Addison side so we do carry out. Love that they mark receipts with highlighter so I can always check if I'm missing items! Great work guys!

No stars from us, If you have to cancel your order because driver didn't have change and go to the restaurant.. Make sure when you get there Managers are not talking trash about you.. We were in their lobby waiting and Managers were calling us Crack heads and where we live is for Crack heads as well. And all we got was a $20 credit really? Don't go there
