I recently did a group dinner for a local community group and the team at Prasai's took care of us very nicely. We worked with them ahead of time to figure out the best way to manage a large order. We had individual dinner orders for 15 people and also ordered a selection of appetizers. We provided a printed order with names and the Prasai's staff went the extra mile and labeled each meal with the recipients name. That made our job of distributing the food that much easier.
Our group all loved the food. They raved about the quality and the portion sizes. The menu had options for folks who regularly enjoyed Thai food and folks who had never had it before also found items to their liking.
I have always enjoyed Prasai's for my own consumption and my experience today for our large group order really cemented them as my go to place in Twin for a great meal for any size group.
(We did place the order early in the day so they were able to plan accordingly. But the service we got for our group was extraordinary and we will certainly have them at the top of the list for the next time we do a similar event.)

I didn't think that I'd been here before, but it appears that I had. This time the food was good, as I especially enioyed the Pad Thai which was recommended to me by another customer. The yellow curry was also pretty goo and I made sure to finish it. The beef pho soup looked great (although I didn't eat that one myself). The service was great, all who were working there were polite and when the plates were brought out to the table they were well presented to us. It was a also a warm quiet place to enjoy a meal.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They got our order just right. I feel like those who complain really need to communicate well with their order especially after getting free food benefit off it... I’ll definitely be coming back—this place might just be my new go-to spot!

I love thai food and pretty much think all thai food is good. Thai food here was acceptable. My noodles were overcooked and crumbling apart. I could taste random burnt pieces which ruin the taste. The spice level is true to what is requested (scale of 2-10). Overall its edible and thai food. Not somewhere id recommend or go again tho.

I have to say the service is very good he’s friendly and play around sometimes makes my day. The food are very good and i love there number 9 with shrimp. he delivered to my house once and he make it fast, very nice all i have to say is this store is good and the food is the best, i will be ordering more from this store. The chefs are very nice too.
