The girls are amazing but the men that served us today. EW! I slid and hurt my ankle in front of pretzel maker after getting two drinks and a box of pretzel bites and they didn't even bother to see if I'm ok! THAT IS TERRIBLE SERVICE! We are not coming back until we see the girls working there!

You can NEVER go wrong with grabbing a large pretzel with cheese. Every time I go to the mall, I have to stop in. The staff are friendly and the food is great!

I'm pregnant and all I crave are these pretzels. They never disappoint!! The employees don't always seem thrilled to be there but for the most part they're still nice enough to me and my husband when we go in. I saw another review that said a cup of pretzels was $16 which is not true. A large cup of pretzels with 2 cheeses is $8 and some change.

As a former employee at the Magic Valley Mall Pretzelmaker, this location has Horrible management!!! Manager cusses out employees fires them one day and asks them to come in the next day. Manager has no professional knowledge. Owner of the Twin Falls Pretzelmaker Brushes off any complaint made about manager by employees because they are friends. Neither one deserves the positions they have. Employees shouldn’t have to be verbally abused to make a paycheck!!! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to apply there.
