First time going to Red Robin here in Idaho with my husband, and we went for my 22nd birthday. Devon was an amazing server 👏 and the food was amazing we both loved it so much <3

Out server was absent the entire meal. We went for an early lunch there was many 5 tables in the dinning room and 3 serves plus a manager. The manager was bussy getting rizzed up by other table and giving them free drinks and burgers. Our actual server come to the table 2 times to drop out drinks and appetizers. The manager brought out obviously old burgers after a 40 min wait. Why dis it take sooo long? My husband's burger was obviously microwaved the whole playe was warm and the fries were soggy. Honestly created a horrible birthday meal for him. I wanted to get my husband dessert for his birthday but nobody ever came back to our table so we paid on the tablet and left. Honestly we are really disappointed in this meal.

The service and food were good. I had ordered the whiskey river BBQ wrap and when it came out, I thought I had received a children's serving. I've ordered this item many times in the past, though it's been a while. However, my total wrap was as much as half a wrap I've received in the past. This is unfortunate as the prices increase and the amount goes down. However, I've noticed many of their other dishes are of the same size and quality (gourmet hamburgers). It was just disappointing to see.
However, the server was very attentive, always had our drinks filled, kept checking in on us and was very friendly.

Nathan was amazing! So kind and quick. Food was amazing! Sad there was not a ton of people dining tonight, but definitely should be a full house! Come on Twin Falls!

This location used to be one of my family's favorite stops to eat in twin falls when we visit to do our grocery shopping. However over the last few years it seems to be in a downward spiral.
Last night we had a late birthday dinner with family because my 11yr old daughter wanted red Robbin.
This morning everyone in my family woke up with food poisoning, everyone is sick to their stomach and vomiting.
The food was not up to par, everyone ordered something different, I had boneless wings because the last time I had a burger it was not great, my wife had the BLTA, my oldest had the chicken strips, my birthday girl had a kid cheese burger, and my brother and sister in laws split a BLTA. While my youngest five year old daughter shared food with everyone. We also had an onion ring tower and queso and chips.
Service was slow and the food tasted like it had sit for to long. Then we all wake up sick.
Like I said we used to love this location, but as it stands now we will not return again until something changes.
We will go to the Boise location which has never let us down. Unfortunately we only get to Boise a few times a year.

Horrible wait times. Then was lied to. Was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes. After already waiting 35 minutes. After another 15 minutes the order was actually ready. I would not recommend eating here unless your willing to wait for a ridiculous amount of time. Not just in wait time yo be seated but also in time to get your food.

Waited quite a while for our waitress to come to our table, I finally asked the person who sat us for some service. People who came in after us were taken care of first. Waited an inordinate amount of time for a salad! No silverware on the table, had to ask. My order was incomplete, no avacado on my avacabo salad. I'm very patient but there were only a couple tables of customers. Super annoyed and unhappy.
