I was told to email to discuss but my email has been ignored. Again, don’t eat here.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Three of our four plates had hair on them when they came out. When I showed them, they said “well do you want us to take it back?” It was sticking out of the burgers and on top of the fish and chips. The service was horrible. While waiting for food the drinks weren’t refilled, and we watched our server check on every other table around us. Our server also appeared to spend her time in the bathroom while we were waiting and came out and directly starting touching people’s plates without going to wash her hand first. DO NOT EAT HERE

Great quality food, great recommendations by our server Haley who was amazing throughout our meal. Very good quality burgers and the vampire sauce is sensational. The service definitely made it an exceptionally good experience

I took my family out to this red robin location, and left very disappointed. Would leave 0 stars if i could. We got one plate of fries, and then it took 15+ min to get our waitress’s attention, just to have our food brought out to us with 3 of our 4 plates having HAIR in them. I was beyond disgusted, and lost all appetite. Would not go here.

Lunch today couldn’t have been better. The servers are super friendly, at least 3 came over to check on us including the kitchen manager. Food was not only spot on but quick as well. There are a lot of deals in town for burgers, but not one of them come with this kind of service. I’ve been a manager for years and clearly whoever’s running this place knows what they are doing. Bring back the boozy shakes.

Fish and Chips were great!

I walked into this restaurant right when they opened up. This was my first time going to Red Robin for a meal and I must say it wasn’t what I expected. The bathrooms were dirty with toilet paper all over the floor, garbage cans were full, mirrors were dirty. Walking through the dining area wasn’t any better the floors still had food on them from the night before and tables were dirty. Needless to say I didn’t stay and eat I took it to go. If this is how they believe “clean” looks i could only imagine the kitchen. I didn’t eat the food in fear of getting sick.

Like there food, I usually always get their crispy chicken salad with ranch never fills always good. I have had their burgers love their never-ending fries. My husband loves their pizza. He says it’s really good but for never-ending fries they put very little in there and then they wait until they come back and bring you your food and ask you if you want more fries by then you’re eating if it’s never ending fries, maybe check back a little bit more. I know they get very busy and sometimes it’s hard for them to pay attention but a drink refill a fry refill and a box to go would be nice if you didn’t have to wait so long for it. other than that, I would suggest going there I like the food. Clean atmosphere.

Have probably the best experience I’ve ever had in red Robin. Took the food a little bit of time to get there, but the waiter kept me updated was very friendly, I will be back.

We have always had burgers at Red Robin in the past and they were good. This time I had a chicken sandwich and my spouse had shrimp. Both were not great. The breading on the shrimp was grainy and tasted bad. The ckicken was chewy and flavorless. If we go back we will stick with the burgers.

We LOVE this location. Our server, Elise, is the best and so friendly! And the hostess, Kay, is also the best! We don't live nearby but everytime we pass thru, we eat here because it's simply the BEST and nicest folks around ❤️
