Heavily buttered meals - everything is coated in layers of butter and/or cream and difficult to digest or feel at ease after. The drinks are EXCELLENT and well worth it, even if slightly overpriced. The bartenders know what they’re doing
It is very dated and dark inside of here. The food is way overpriced, and the service is just adequate. I know there are regulars here, that like to sit at the bar and be seen, or not seen, drinking over priced cocktails. But this is 2024, and the time for dark decor and old fashion pictures and fixtures passed 25 years ago. There are some people who enjoy this atmosphere, but I am not one of them. What a meal! Prime Rib at it's absolute best!
I am one of those people who do not like red meat so always order well done. Chefs do not like this at all, believing raw meat tastes better. I have had them come out the kitched mad as heck because I have sent meat back multiple times. They have even delivered it burnt crisp to show their displeasure. Not this one!
