I finally got the chance to stop by this restaurant and tried the butter chicken with garlic naan, and it hit the SPOT. The sauce was super flavorful without being too heavy, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. The garlic naan was warm, soft, and went perfect with the butter chicken. The whole vibe of the restaurant was relaxed and super welcoming too. This place is 100% worth checking out if you want something delicious and comforting!

Really was looking forward to this place with the good reviews but sadly it was a letdown. Samosas were refried/reheated and old, so just threw those out. Aloo gobi tasted reheated and old as well with just one note. Disappointing. If you're ever in Pocatello there's a phenomenal 5 star indian/Nepalese place there... give that a try and you'll never go back here.

I am a vegetarian and specifically ordered veggie momos through DoorDash, but they sent chicken without informing me. The samosa was dry, tasteless, almost inedible, and the flimsy packaging caused the sauce to spill and mix into it. The rasmalai was dry and had no malai, and all the food portions were tiny. The food overall tasted stale and left a bad aftertaste. I am shocked this place has such high ratings. it is misleading to the public.

This is an amazing place! The food is so fresh and delicious! We tried a big lunch special plate with Aloe Gobi and Butter Chicken, and also a plate of Tandoori Mushrooms. They both were absolutely phenomenal. We also tried Chilli Cheese Naan, which was very fluffy and flavourful. The service was also very good! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Honestly I’m British so I can’t say I am used to authentic Indian food but I am used to Indian food and Saffron is so good! The chaat samosa is amazing and the butter chicken is a classic done well, 10/10 would recommend!

Very disappointed with our experience here. The restaurant clearly lists their closing time as 8:30 PM, yet when we arrived at 8:00 PM, we were told they couldn’t serve us. If you plan to close earlier, update your posted hours so customers don’t waste their time showing up expecting a meal. It felt unwelcoming and dismissive. Respecting your customers’ time is just as important as the food.

Normal Indian food, good vegetarians, nothing special. They charge 15% gratuity automatically And posted a sign on the door that no need to pay extra tip.
We would highly recommend dining at Saffron on Main Street in Twin Falls. The food, atmosphere, and service are all exceptional! Our favorite dish so far is the Butter Chicken. We also enjoy the Naan and the Mango Lassi drink. We’re looking forward to returning to Saffron very soon to try other menu items!
