I recently dined at Saffron in Twin Falls and was thoroughly disappointed. The samosas were stale, the paneer was rubbery, and the curries were watery and bland. It felt like the dishes lacked any authentic Indian flavor and spice. The rice was passable, and the naan was fresh, but that's where the positives end. The Cauliflower Koliwada was probably the best dish I had, but that isn't saying much and it still couldn't make up for the overall lackluster meal. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I appreciate that these restaurants are serving Indian food in a small town, but the food quality and taste was okay. Over fried spices and too much oil ruined the taste. Also consider kids as your customer. Food ordered without any spices was too spicy for kids. I’d suggest focusing on improving food quality to invite customers more regularly.

Searching Indian Cuisine, Twin Falls, I had a perfect dining experienced. A a business traveler and preferring not to have excessive leftovers, they were accommodating, allowing me to order lunch size main course, Samosas and Chutneys were excellent! (Perfect leftover amount for take out too)

Delicious, as always. One of our favorites in the Magic Valley.
Excellent food and service. The Mango Lassi and Chai were fantastic. We started with samosas served with three delicious sauces (not pictured). The mains we ordered were butter chicken, butter lamb, and chicken momos with a side of garlic naan. The gulab jamun was the perfect sweet treat to end the meal. Everything was delicious, the service was excellent, and we look forward to eating here again!
Everything was amazing! It’s a small restaurant and a few menu items were not available but we’ll definitely be coming back.
Restaurant was clean, service was prompt and friendly, food blew us away.

Surprisingly Delightful Indian Cuisine in Twin Falls
I didn’t expect much from an Indian restaurant in the middle of Idaho, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. What we couldn’t finish, we happily packed up and enjoyed later. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone in the area craving authentic Indian flavors.

This is my goto restaurant whenever I'm in town!
Today I ordered Koliwada, which is a tasty deep-fried cauliflower appetizer.
Next, I tried Tandoori Mushrooms, consisting of 4 types of mushrooms, perfectly sautéed in a medly of spicy herbs and served on a bed of polenta.
Parantha bread is a must! It's a flaky piece of heaven! I dream of it when I'm away and always order a 2nd serving to go!
There are both traditional and unique dishes, sure to please everyone.
For desert, Gulab Jamun is a must have ... think of donut holes in a honeybased syrup with fragrant rose and cardamom and topped in pistachios.
