I enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger and the fries. The burger was pretty big, and the fries were crisp and salty. The bacon on the burger was fresh and crisp. The fry sauce that the meal came with was unusual, I'm not sure what was in it. The service was quick and friendly.

Great local burger joint. Everything you would want when you stop at a burger shock. Much rather here than any chain drive through burger place. Very nice staff the 2 times I have gone.

I got off work at 8pm and came straight here. It’s now 9pm I paid for my food over 39 minutes ago and she just now open the window and asked if I been helped. Been in this drive thru for an hour and counting

The food was pretty good. I had the double bacon cheese burger combo with fries and a drink. The patties were juicy, the vegetables tasted fresh, good bacon, good seasoning but could use a little less black pepper. French fries were good, they were fresh and crispy, but the fry sauce also had a lot of black pepper in it, but not bad. I also ordered a butterfinger shake witch was great, but my wife ordered the brownie shake, and there was no pieces of brownie in it, the flavor was bad the texture was bad and would not order that shake again. Brownie shake was a disappointment. But everything else was pretty good. It was a lot more expensive than I thought it would be, and for that reason I probably won't eat here again unless the prices were cheaper.

I go to the shake out and get milkshakes for my husband and I quite often and always get great shakes from sweet nice employees. I always leave them a nice tip as well. But today 9/8/24 I went to get a couple of shakes and the women that came to the drive through window was so rude it was unbelievable! I've never been treated like I was unwelcome there ever before . She interrupted me 3 times asking "anything else?" While I was trying to order the first shake. At first I thought maybe she was the owner but I have a hard time believing the owner would rush someone out of there that's trying to spend money in their establishment. Usually have no complaints here but today the person you have working is making the shake out look pretty terrible and uninviting.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 2 small shakes, and 1 medium soda. Paid $50. The burgers we got looked like it was from the kids' menu. A tablespoon of lettuce with a few pieces of onion and a small sliver of a tomato. My bun had a hard spot that was not because it was "toasted" but hard like it dried out. The meat patty was nothing special, just your good old frozen patty. Price should have been $25 to $30 total for what we got. Definitely shrinkflation on this place
Our hotel highly recommended Shake Out for milkshakes and I can see why! My shake was fantastic and the service was great! Even when our group of 6 came in 30 minutes to closing, they were happy to have us and they did a great job. Then the 4% discount for cash or debit was a nice cherry on top. Everything was great, except they were out of a few ingredients, which was no big deal. No wonder they came so highly recommended!

So I was from out of town and wanted to try a hole in the wall place, this one came a cross as a seem to be one. Happens to be the best burger place I've been to. I got the spicy bacon double. It had a nice kick not too over power on a potato bun. Their ice-cream is more than I expected too, way above and beyond, rated 8/5 stars. Will be back for sure.

I don't like the computer stuff mixed into the old hamburger joint. Their web site said buy one shake get one half off from 3 to 5 pm. It's wrong it's we only got 10 percent off. The cheese burger was not good at all fries were done perfect.
