This is the third visit in a row that the food was practically inedible...I ordered the biscuits and gravy and it was terrible!!!...the sausage gravy had no sausage in it and it tasted like chewing on a bunch of parsley!

We came in last night 3/18 before 11pm, and the only waitress and cook went above and beyond our expectations. We hadn't eaten all day, and she even gave us a slice of pies, which was delicious.

Shari's is one of those restaurants that when you go there you know exactly what you're getting when you walk in. It's not homemade, but it usually is delivered looking just like the picture in the menu. If we get a late start on a Saturday, and most other places are crowded, we can always get a table at Shari's. It didn't used to be that way, because there were a limited amount of choices in Twin. But, with all of the really good breakfast and dinner choices opening up, they have given Shari's a run for their money. I think there are devoted diners that fill the booths, but I see the atmosphere there not changing with the times. I know they recently remodeled, but it is quickly looking rundown again. There should be less booths, and more tables and chairs. Not only would that make it easier to clean, but the seats wouldn't get ripped, and look unsightly.Like I said, if you are not interested in waiting in line, and a average dining experience is good enough with you, go to Shari's, you will get full, and the waitresses are pleasant.

Excellent customer service! Waitress could have looked cleaner and neater. Food is very tasty. Philly cheese steak is very good.

It was okay at best. The food was overcooked, and my family's orders took about 45 minutes to come out. It was not worth 45 minutes for overcooked tough steak and burnt chicken tenders. Next time I'm only ordering pie.

I had the Breakfast Sampler and a cup of coffee yesterday. After tax it came to $18.95. I thought that was a little steep. If it contained 2 eggs then I'd say those are the smallest eggs I've ever seen. It was 5-6 bites. And I didn't know bacon could be sliced that thin. There's too many better breakfast options in Twin Falls. I feel bad leaving such a poor review because both servers that attended my table were great so I tipped accordingly, not based on food quality. But these reviews impact their livelihood due to decreased business.
