Ordered a "kid's" hot chocolate. It was hot enough to scald my toddler's mouth, neck, and chest. Went in to confront the staff while her mom changed her shirt and cooled her burns and the kid who made it was all, "Sorry, I think I made it too hot..." Bunch of idiots.

Ordered a coffee in the drive thru, left. On my way to work, I took a sip... they gave me the wrong drink. Since I was on my way to work, I couldn't just turn around. When I got to work, I threw it in the trash. Sheesh. $8 coffee in the dumper. That's what I should expect from this particular coffee shop. (On Blue Lakes)

I routinely go here and it seems like they always… overfill your drink with ice. I figured it’s just some baristas issue with extra ice…. Well today… my wife orders… and our hot drink was filled 3/4 way up.
Are we pinching Pennie’s for milk savings? Anyways… when you over fill with ice… it makes your drink taste like crap because there is way too much sugar in such a small amount of coffee…
