I would like to say that Mijah and Jasmine had excellent customer service they were very friendly when I ordered a white chocolate mocha with extra whip extra hot and an extra shot because I had mentioned I needed something to wake me. Thanks to Mijah suggesting another drink that was very delicious too for coffee I hope she gets recognized for her excellent customer service.

Today's experience was not a good one. We went through the drive through got three drinks and gave the lady at the window and she was confused and entered the wrong amound of cash that we gave her and didn't know how much change to give back. My ice water tasted bad the coffee we got for my husband was to hot and we asked for warm and also the weird pink stuff that was on the lid of the water. The frap was ok but light in flavor.

these guys always busy they have a drive thru and hustle to get drinks out meaning the drinks are not always good not their fault just doing their job but every time I've gotten a drink it is not full or scolding hot or cold no consistency at all also no comfy chairs to go in and sit if you wanted to take longer on coffee

Simply corrected them on, not handing me the incorrect drink, and the lady in the drive-through today ripped my head off and said that I was disrespectful to her for my tone and that I should have a great day so I had to speak with a manager and I don’t think they take it seriously her attitude if she’s going to rip people‘s head off like that for correcting her then she shouldn’t work in the drive-through

Ordered a "kid's" hot chocolate. It was hot enough to scald my toddler's mouth, neck, and chest. Went in to confront the staff while her mom changed her shirt and cooled her burns and the kid who made it was all, "Sorry, I think I made it too hot..." Bunch of idiots.
Kid-friendliness: Made a "kid's " hot chocolate so hot it scalded my daughter's face and neck.

When I got to work, I threw it in the trash. Sheesh. $8 coffee in the dumper. That's what I should expect from this particular coffee shop. (On Blue Lakes)
